I was then told my comforter wasn't ready and would be delivered a week from the drop off (I didn't order any special service for it). I get home and my comforter was in the bag... I have no idea what they were gonna deliver next week. I open up the comforter and it has bleach stains on it. I knew they wouldn't go as far as to damage the fabric as they told me as such. When i went in today to pick up the pants I was told they got as much as they could without destroying the fabric. I asked if that meant they could not remove the stain. I was told no. I took the pants to the card & lo-and-behold, there is no teammate of the stain to the untrained eye. I brought in a new coat that mysteriously ended up with what looked like an ink stain--one that water and Shout couldn't handle. The woman who helped me was straightforward. She said they'd try to remove it, and it would be $10. That's a great price. I dropped it off on a Monday and was told it would be ready by the end of the week and that someone would call me. The call never came, so by Saturday I reached out myself. When I picked up the coat, the stain was completely gone. I was honestly so relieved--my coat looked brand new again. The only thing that keeps this from being a five-star experience is the communication. Since I never got that pick-up call, I figure I'll need to stay proactive with future items. Makes me wonder how long it would've sat there if I hadn't checked in. But overall? The dress fit me perfectly when I got it back. I have also had them do a couple of dry cleaning jobs for me and they did an excellent job on that as well. My items have always been ready for pick-up by the time promised. If you're driving here there is a small parking lot behind this place and there is also street parking available directly in front of their storefront. The people working here are always friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to come here for all of my tailoring and dry cleaning needs.

When I came to pick it up 2 days later, the jacket was in the plastic bag and she charged me an expensive quote. When I further examined the jacket inside the bag, I noticed there was still a lot of cat fur and lint on the jacket. Looks like it was barely touched and cleaned. She told me the hair couldn't be removed and used a lint roller. Ok, so what's the point of bringing in for dry cleaning if you can't remove the hair? Especially when I first dropped it off, I was told the hair could be removed. Don't go here, waste of $, and you can easily clean a better job at home by yourself. Looks like they don't even do a good job "dry cleaning" cause jacket looks exactly the same when I first bought it in.
