The washing machines and dryers are awesome and the place is clean but it gets pretty crowded and the parking lot is packed. I'll keep going here but those are my common annoyances. The homeless aren't as bad as other places but they are here. They setup a little camp in the parking lot by the dumpster and beg on the street but aren't as bad as the other laundry mats. There is a Burger King here to eat while you wait and a boostmobile in the same strip mall which kinda leads to the congestion and excessive cars.

The place could use a little care a few older machines are out, and it's got that usual worn-down laundromat vibe. The area's a little rough (it's Wilmington), but what I really like is that it's not crowded. Hardly anyone here, which is a big plus no fighting over machines or watching people take up four baskets just to do one small load. It's quiet, simple, and gets the job done without the chaos.

I was surprised to see all the 1 star reviews until I saw that most were from people that were complaining about the older lady that in all honesty was not the best face for the family-owned shop. I'm sure she was doing her best for the sake of the family, but she probably de did more harm than good (just look at all the reviews). Truth is there are tons of loyal locals that get Good Service from these guys and they are hard workers. They press and clean the clothing at fair prices, and 95% of the time, I am satisfied with what I am given. Sometimes I will ask for an expedited turnaround on the clothes and they are willing to accomodate it due to my consistent patronage. Can't give em 5 stars because they did a clothing mixup once. But that was resolved in a satisfying manner.

She only offer to paid 2 jeans and the rest was not her problem. The second time my grandma took her leather jacket in good conditions and was given back all wrinkled and the old lady told her she can iron it for $30 again!
