Update, since my last post, There has been a great change in the place. The owner did call me after my last post and do what he said he would do. On the parking issue well that out off his hands, it just people who don't follow the laws of not parking in handy-cap if you don't have a placard. it's 6:25 and the laundry is still closed. The information on line says open at 6am and is still closed.

this place claims to close 9 pm but I arrived at 7:50 pm and the guy told me it was closed but the sign is on and he had a few people washing . so make that make sense. Not only do they lie , their Customer service Rep Katie sounds very sassy with her response . CLEARLY I LOOKED AROUND BEFORE POSTING THIS REVIEW. If you want to pay $20-50 to wash a load of clothes this is your place. They charge you $3 for a laundry card - $10 minimum load for debit cards so bring cash. All there washing machines are marked up at least $1-2 above any standard laundromat and make matters even worse they charge you .49 per min for drying - so you do the math. what normally costs me $10-12 cost me about $30 I did not intend on spending. I will never come back here. The laundry service maid is beautiful but that's the only good thing about this place. it screams slum lord and exploitation. I do not recommend. Its 2025 almost every laundromat offers "free drying" come on man. read more

I couldn't find or speak with anyone who worked here. I called no response only an automatic recording. I came based off reviews and it appeared that they had a machine where you would pay to receive a laundry card (I used my ebt card, 3.00) I never received a laundry card. The machine is broken, why not remove it or fix it ? They don't have an ATM I won't be coming back, and it's in horrible location. I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

EXCELLENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This place is clean and kept up, prices are fair. Service is excellent. Zorayita is sweet, amazing, and helpful. She's a hard worker and is always keeping the place and machine's clean. Give this girl a raise! I've been to other laundromats and this place tops them all. This place has gone downhill. I've been washing here for years and before Covid they used to clean clean clean now the place is a dump with homeless in and out as they please. The washers leave your clothes smelling like sewage even though there's plenty soap with the wash. The employees who work there don't enforce any rules nor are they helpful. I believe now they have a 2nd spot across the street and this has made the customer service way worse. There is no attendant on sight unless called. This place is by far the cleanest laundromat in Wilmington and has the friendliest staff ever! No lie! This being said, does anyone know why people reserve folding tables way before they even pay for a load? I've never understood this - I am like xi@tch I need to fold my clothes can you get your xss off the table? Not sure if you have realized but they have benches for you to sit on. This is my biggest pet peeve about laundromats - I don't get it? You haven't even loaded your clothes into the washer but yet you feel the need to reserve a table ... in the meantime this girl is struggling to find a spot to fold. The location seems clean, most of time the employees are there .. The cameras are not working properly, they would notice persons leaving their clothes in machines for hours not even paying for load.. Threatening clients ranting racial remarks.. All happing in the afternoon. This location was once clean and safe place to do your laundry, unfortunately they need a security guard... read more

Bad. Service The person who attends in the morning today, bad service, has no education towards the client. I washed my car while I was going to use the bathroom and I reluctantly wondered if I was washing it. Yes, yes. They had put money on him for access to the bathroom and he didn't open it and I became windy from head to toe, a bad person. I really enjoyed how clean and well managed this laundromat was. The owner and it's staff are keeping this place well maintained. They also offer an affordable wash and fold service which makes laundry day more convenient. Will be coming back again. read more

Always clean and well-maintained, I only use this place now for my laundry. It is so much more convenient to use a card than to go try and find a roll of quarters to do laundry. The attendant on duty is always helpful and will let me use the restroom if I ask. This place gets busy on the weekends and parking can be a challenge, so try to come during the week if possible. They also offer free wifi, have snack and soap vending machines, and occasionally have free coffee and doughnuts for customers. Nice touch. read more

This place is amazing not only is it CLEAN! But customer service is the best Jennifer is polite and helpful ... I've been coming here for quite some time every Thursday! Decided to check this place out based on the photos here on yelp. Its definitely a looks more appealing than most Laundromats in the area. They have well kept new machines, 2 tv's, a vending machine with drinks and snacks, one with anything you might need to wash (like detergent or softener) and even a street fighter arcade game to pass the time while your clothes dry. As far as price ...the top loaders go for $ 2.00 Front loading- 3 loaders $3.25, 8 load $7.00, 6load $6.00... dryers are .50 cents every 12 minutes. This is what keeps my rating under 5 stars. That's kinda steep compared to other laundromats. read more

Over the years we have used 6 different laundromat around Wilmington. Laundry House makes 7. And I guess 7 really is a lucky number because Laundry House is the best one in Wilmington. We Have been coming here for a couple years now and even with different owners it has still stayed the same. The workers are constantly cleaning and helping customers when asked. And today one of the girls (Zorya) working was starting a few new loads of the drop of laundry and instead of filling up the washers she offered them to my mom. I wasn't expecting that but that's the kind of service you get here. So Thank You for doing that Zoroya!That was really cool of you to do that. read more

I gotta admit this is the by far the most cleanest Laundromat I've ever been to!I'm not even from Wilmington but I don't mind the drive from San Pedro down here because it's so worth it... great customer service! Fresh brewed coffee! And the attendant that usually works in the morning does an amazing job with maintaining the floor super clean... it's amazing how clean it is...the owner is just amazing, super friendly, and extremely helpful. Francisco is very helpful and always willing to give a helping hand. The night shift girl is very nice and friendly. The machines are very good! A bit pricey but as I mentioned it's well worth it! You get what you pay for! At times it's hard to find parking but the attendants are always attentive and helpful! Despite the area where it's located at it is just a nice place to do your laundry. read more

Great Laundromat! I Brought My Clothes In For Their Wash & Fold Service & I Was Beyond Impressed When I Went In To Pick It Up. It Was Nicely Folded & Very Well Organized. Sweaters/Jackets Were On Hangers, I Was Not Expecting That But I Loved It. The Socks Were Separated Into Their Own Little Baggy, Which Made Them Very Easy To Find.
