They don't communicate very well. Business hours are not the hours they say they are open or closed. I get it, it could be a family business... communication should still be the main factor as a business. Never going back again , this is the second incident my family and I have had with this place . First time they lost my grandpa's Levi jeans 5 of them and they try to give him rip skinny jeans. She only offer to paid 2 jeans and the rest was not her problem. The second time my grandma took her leather jacket in good conditions and was given back all wrinkled and the old lady told her she can iron it for $30 again! My family has been a loyal customer for 20+ years. They have had a particulary bad staff member in previous years, but I think she may not work there anymore. I was surprised to see all the 1 star reviews until I saw that most were from people that were complaining about the older lady that in all honesty was not the best face for the family-owned shop. I'm sure she was doing her best for the sake of the family, but she probably de did more harm than good (just look at all the reviews). Truth is there are tons of loyal locals that get Good Service from these guys and they are hard workers. They press and clean the clothing at fair prices, and 95% of the time, I am satisfied with what I am given. Sometimes I will ask for an expedited turnaround on the clothes and they are willing to accomodate it due to my consistent patronage. Can't give em 5 stars because they did a clothing mixup once. But that was resolved in a satisfying manner. read more

I been coming here for years and never had a bad experience till recently. I took 8 items and they lost 1 shirt. On top of that the lady blamed me for coming early to pick up my items and said im the reason they lost my shirt but before admitting to losing my shirt she tried giving me another shirt that was not mine and it had a stain. I took 3 trips to pick up my items because everytime i went she had an excuse of why my items werent ready and on 4th day i called to avoid a 4th trip and she got hysterical over the phone. Please make sure you ask exactly the time your clothes will be ready because the lady here has a tendency of telling you a specific time and the receipt says another time. I took some levis in on Thursday She told me they'd be ready by 1 pm on Monday, its almost 4 pm and clothes still not ready. Seems to be an ongoing issue so I will definitely not come back to support this small business. I've been here a few times and it's always one thing or another. Last time she gave me my husband's pants all wet still even after she'd had them for a week. Didn't finish them the day she promised and still when they were done they were wet. Do your self a favor and don't go here. These people ruined a my travel plans and the wedding I was supposed to attend. They didn't give me my vest along with my suit. Never again! to make this story short ! My bf has been going here for the last 20 years.The young girl has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! I called to let them know I was on my way from work and I'll be there before 6 they said it was fine. I get there at 5:30 and they are close ! DONT GO HERE. They messed up my jacket, the zipper was ripped off and the material was stressed and torn and when I called to see what they would do about the issue the only lady working there told me that they won't fix it unless it was a mistake they made. When I told her that my jacket was not like that before, She had the audacity to tell me that the jacket was already messed up before I took it. As hard as it is for me to give them a bad review I just have to do it. I've given this place multiple chances and they've always seemed to let me down. I had the constant repeat of some of my clothes missing (which later they would find in the back) they would also give me clothes that wasn't mine, clothes promised on a certain date and when I would go pick it up it wasn't ready so I would have to go back the next day. I give them 2 stars because the clothes was actually well cleaned and ironed just the overall experience and the constant missing clothes was just enough for me to give up on this place. read more
