I wish I had checked Yelp before placing my order on Delivery.com. My experience is the same as many others: pickup was right on time, delivery was not. The driver called me 20 minutes past the delivery time to say he was outside. When I told him to come in, he said there was no parking and that he would have to come back in a few minutes with his wife. When I told him I would rather just come outside and get it, he said that he had already left, but would "be right back." I told him I would be waiting right outside. I waited for 20 minutes before going back inside, and called him back after I'd waited an hour. Apparently he called the wrong person and was not at my home to begin with. That's all well and good - we all make mistakes - but why not call and tell me, especially when I'd said I would be waiting for him outside? What a waste of time. Another hour later, I finally got my clothes... and they were DAMP. WTF?! At least they were all mine, which is better than others' experiences (from what I've read on here). It could have been worse, but it also most certainly could have been better. I will not be using this service again. read more

I ordered pick and delivery service and they were 45 minutes late outside the 3 hour window picking it up. Then I got a text morning at 9am it was ready to pick up (i ordered delivery). I tried calling them all day and it went straight to VM. Finally they showed up just under 2 hours late, outside the 3 hour delivery window. After I complained they texted me and scolded me (first off this means you had my number the whole time and ability to tell me you'd be late). Never use this place. read more

This place cleaned and folded my clothes very well but the delivery time was 2.5 hours after the scheduled delivery window. I didn't receive a call or an email to say that my window had changed and I bumped into the delivery person on the way out the door. I wanted to try this place again because the customer service was great and the pickup was exactly on time but a 2.5-hour late dropoff without a call is unacceptable. I hope they work on this and that I can eventually try them again. read more

It's 7:00 right now (5 hours after the scheduled 3 hour time window) and I just got my delivery. There is also a large mysterious rip at the top of the plastic bag. Because of these circumstances, I had to return tickets for an event this evening which I wasn't able to attend. I'm not upset with the workers or the driver, because I know everyone is trying their hardest. That being said, I spent the past 9 hours of my day putting everything on hold because I was under the false impression that my laundry was arriving any minute. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Please use this laundromat if you want to lose money, time, and YOUR LAUNDRY. Not only did they lose my expensive sheets, but they managed to not even do the one job they claim to provide- LAUNDRY!! Our clothes have shrunk as well. After constantly reaching out to inquire about my sheets, I was only plagued with speaking to some sort of middle man who couldn't pass me on to "management" or give me their number. I've used this laundry twice solely for the dry cleaning pick up and delivery. The work they did the first time was good but they delivered someone else's clothes mixed in with my own. Ok... This second (and last) time was the worst. The clothes were delivered by a person who decided it was a great idea to smoke with MY PAID FOR clean clothes in the car. My dry cleaning absolutely REEKS of cigarette smoke. When I called to speak with someone, the receptionist Kristy was initially very patient and accommodating. She promised to call the manager and see about a refund. When she returned my call, she expressed that the manager refused to issue a full refund. She went on to say that they would send THE SAME DRIVER back to pick up my clothes, wash out the smell and return it and give me a partial refund. Within two days. And the work week starts on Monday. When I expressed that option wasn't viable, Kristy went on to tell me to spray my clothes with febreeze. Febreeze. Kristy became impatient with me because she was "repeating herself" as I kept asking what else they were prepared to do about the fact that my clothing that I need TOMORROW is ruined. Febreeze? Really? I could have that at home for free. They refused to issue a full refund and gave me (more than a few) bs solutions. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, don't send your good suits, or any suits really to Wash and Fold Super Laundry. read more

I've had the same experience as a lot of other people on here. I not only got someone else's clothes and underwear, but also got their hair!!! YUCK! I've never been so disgusted in my life. Wish I would've read the reviews on here before choosing them. They wash your clothes with other people's clothing, which is disturbing, unhygienic, and all around unethical. This place absolutely sucks. I never leave reviews but I had to get this off my chest. The picked my order up a day late and I would not have known the driver was not coming day of if I didn't ring their phone off the hook. I asked if my items would still be delivered the day they were supposed to be delivered and was told "no" then "let me call the driver" The man on the phone also said he recognized my number and almost didn't pick up the phone. I was in need of doing my laundry and decided to use this company on delivery.com. Let's just say I was better off letting my dog drop it off for me . They came 4 hours after my schedule delivery time and claimed that they would give me 15% off due to the long wait . They then proceeded to drop my clothes off 5 hours late the next day . I was greatly disappointed . Overall my clothes came out great and everything was nicely organized . But if you're going to use this company I would recommend that you take the whole day off for pickup and the whole day off for drop off . Then to end this sad story they overcharged me for everything from drying fee to putting my laundry in the bag fee . Rip off !! read more

I have been using Wash & Fold Super Laundry for the past four months. Over that period of time, I have been very lenient with the service provided, since ultimately, I always got my clothes clean and very neatly folded at a great price, though not always on time, and the staff has been friendly and accommadating. The last time, they were more than just a little late, and two hours past end of my delivery window I called to see where my clothes were. They said that it had been a crazy day and for some reason everyone sent out to have their laundry done so they were slammed and would not be able to get my clothes to me that night. Fair, I understand things like that happen. Fortunately I still had things I could wear to work, and they were good about getting them to me at a time that fit my schedule. However, this is the last straw. I called a little before my delivery window, which was from 6-8pm, to make sure that my clothes were still coming then because of the mishap last time. I understand things happen, I just want to know so that I can get things done and not waste two hours. It's now well past my delivery window, my clothes are no where in sight and I still cannot get ahold of Wash and Fold. If you're going to screw up and are running behind, you need to at least let your customers know. There's no excuse for that. read more

I use these guys regularly now because of the coronavirus pandemic to pickup wash and deliver my laundry. And Yelpers need to really cut them some slack. They are really overloaded folks. Yes they sometimes don't come within the delivery window. But do you know how many deliveries they have and how many people are probably calling in sick? All I know is they do a good job with my laundry. And I am just happy that when the delivery window is between lets say 1-4 they are here by 7 at night. I understand these are not ordinary times. And one thing I do like about them is they are always available by phone. They communicate with you. They answer your questions. They check on your delivery if you call them. They are patient and polite. And I imagine they have people complaining all day long. And really it's a good price.I pay about $21 for my laundry every week before tip for about 17 pounds I think it is. I am thankful that the price is so cheap. That they don't have a high minimum order. I am just grateful I can get laundry delivery. A few hours late I can deal with. read more

They damaged a large amount of my clothes with bleach my EXPENSIVE JEANS AND DRESSES that I had only worn ONCE including my kids clothes were all damaged with stains even when I asked for it to be separated. I called repeatedly asking for the owner and he would never be in. Super pissed. First time customer and the wash and fold super laundry is saying they're pick up for my laundry is delayed. I had to call to get this information! The guy then, instead of apologizing, says anyone could do this, etc etc. No, only people who don't do their job properly do this. A three hour window is pretty big! I'm sitting around waiting and this guy is trying to pass responsibly. This is not the experience I need as a first time user of the delivery service. Joseph at the wash and fold then says I won't get my money back for about a week. He was so rude and threatening and didn't accept any responsibility for screwing up. He asked if I'm in the service industry and I said Yes! And I do my job as scheduled! And I don't yell at customers or threaten them with not giving back their money when I screw up. I have never written a review for any establishment in my life but have prompted to do so after my horrible experience with Wash and Fold Super Laundry. So, here it goes. First of all, I was delivered someone else's clothes instead of my own. I called the store to notify them of this mistake that night, to which I was assured that my clothes would be delivered the next morning. The next day, after speaking to the manager at 8:30 AM, I waited for 4 hours for my laundry to be delivered. Once the delivery man finally came, he didn't have my clothes. He had come to pick up the other person's laundry. After asking if I could have my clothes delivered that same night after I got home I was not given a direct yes or no. I called the store repeatedly and did not receive a call back until they were outside of my apartment. I finally received my clothes three days after I originally scheduled the delivery. I was inconvenienced three times for a service that is usually provided seamlessly. I would have expected to at least be compensated for a portion of the cost of my laundry, which I was told I would be, but instead I was charged full price. I would have saved time and frustration by doing my own laundry or having my laundry done by ANYONE else. Don't make the same mistake in using their extremely unprofessional service. read more

I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last year and a half and we had 6 extra-large bags of laundry to be done with about 5 different sizes in them (I wanted to wash them to donate). We dropped off our bags & told them when we wanted to pick them up with no problems whatsoever. This is our second time using their service and we've been very happy with the results. The first time we did it through Delivery.com and paid a little more for the service since it was picked up and dropped off, but even with that, it was less than HALF the price of any laundry near my apartment. When we dropped it off, the price became INSANELY low- so low that it barely pays for us to do our own laundry in our building's machines. They'll even use your own detergent/fabric softener and allow items to drip dry if instructed and you include the supplies. One caveat- they are sometimes hard to reach on the phone, but believe me, at these prices it's worth the effort! My clothes came back perfectly laundered and folded at a very low price. I highly recommend their service and will be using them again. read more
