I really don't think I'll be doing laundry at my mom's anymore when I can just come here and relax and get my 4-5 weekly loads done within an hour!! Washes are a little pricey but worth it! Free dryers on the bottom row!! (That makes up for the pricey washes ). Thank you very much Laundromat of Downey! So clean and convenient!! So easy!! The facts: This place has a spacious parking lot for a…read morelaundromat. It is large and clean. Patrons seem focused on their laundry and I did not notice any shenanigans. There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

I also must say they have really provided beautiful customer service to me. I was in an accident a few months ago and I could not work for a while, and I needed my clothes washed. I tried to use a other service just to save some extra money but that was a mistake. When the other placed failed in customer service and professionalism, Bubblymat picked up the slack. I called yesterday explaining my situation and they were kind to me and picked up my laundry for me. That's customer service that is rare and real. They didn't tell me how much of an inconvenience it was for them to get my clothes. They made me feel like I mattered as their customer and went out of their way when I needed their assistance.
