The change machine didn't give me my change, and like i said, because no one is ever there , i had no one to tell. I tried calling the phone number on google maps but no one answers. If there is an option to go else where, i would.

The ladies working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and for me, that's a plus. He walked me through how to select the right settings and let me know he was around if I needed anything else, he'd be more than happy to help. This place has a good atmosphere. Couch seating, massage chairs and a game room for kids. Machines can be paid for with quarters or on a pay app. Makes it so convenient. Thank you Richard for all your help! I truly appreciate it.

Uncomfortable interactions and poor customer service…read more I really wanted to like this laundromat. At first it seemed clean and convenient, but over time the experience has gone downhill. Several of the larger machines now smell bad, which is already an issue. On top of that, interactions with staff have consistently been uncomfortable. Anytime we ask to break a $20 or $100 bill (which is pretty standard at laundromats), the response is dismissive or flat-out refused, without explanation or effort to help. The tone from staff often comes across as condescending rather than professional. There also seems to be a communication barrier, which wouldn't be a problem on its own--but instead of trying to clarify or help, it creates tension and frustration for customers. Most recently, we were told we couldn't start a wash late in the evening, only to watch another customer be allowed to do so minutes later. No explanation, no apology. Between the odors, inconsistent rules, and uncomfortable staff interactions, the overall vibe just isn't welcoming. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place falls short. Any efforts being made to clean the machines have not resolved the problem and require improvement. Intent doesn't negate impact--discomfort was still caused.

I parked on the street , the parking was full, came inside to check it out and was very impressed. The laundry mat is super clean , the price is reasonable , the washers don't smell , they have a variety of washer machines and dryers. The dryer cost $0.25 for 8 minutes. They have 50 and 30 lb dryers. The also have 60, 40, 30, 20 lbs washers and the regular small load washer. Prices for the washers range from $2.25 to $6.50 . The restroom is very clean and free. I didn't see any homeless or drug users. They have benches to sit outside and inside. It's very fresh inside the laundry mat and either the owners or the worker is constantly going around to sweep and mop. They are open 24 hrs. The daughter of the owner answered my questions , welcomed me for being a first time guest and even gave me free water. I told her that for me, the washers not smelling and being free of mold and lint is a big deal. I don't want my clean clothes smelling . She expressed that the family takes pride in keeping up with the property and making sure the prices are reasonable to keep their regulars happy . That speaks highly of the family. I would definitely come wash here again!

There is one of those mini ATM machines. My clothes came out clean and were dried completely. Definitely going to be my back up option in the future for late-night laundry.

I am not sure if the ten minute timer setting has remained the same or not because my drapes stated not to dry them... a.k.a. I didn't use the dryers. But finally I chose to get them looking fresh and made it clear to them that I want these clean, not shrunk or faded and they got it done fabulously with no issues. The old man helping was very polite and understanding. These jerseys aren't cheap and most of them you can't find anymore so for them to take care of them the way they did was unbelievable and spectacular. Definitely would go back and I'm from Arizona used to live in L.A particularly City of BELL but I trust Cali, L.A workers and cleaners!

Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half.
