Hem on men's pants was poorly done. Hard to explain, but the hem is visible. It almost makes the pants look like they have a cuff because the hem is pronounced now and slightly wavy. The measurements were done in half inch increments, which is not sufficiently precise to ensure a good fit. Lastly, the pant legs are now in uneven lengths with the right leg being noticeably longer. This would be fine if my legs were of different length; however, that is not the case. When the pants are worn the right side is noticeably longer. This was the case on all pairs I brought to be hemmed. Bottom line, this is not the expectation to hem $25 pants that really probably just needed to be let out a quarter inch. I have experience with other menswear alteration services and have not experienced these issues before. I have not tried to bring these back or engaged them to correct the issue. read more

Horrible experience! The girl running the front is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was initially charged $40 for a simple hem of the bottom of my kid's choir dress, and was charged another $10 for a "rush" fee even though I took the dress in 8 business days prior to the choir concert. THEN, I went to pick it up after work only for their credit card machine to go down. She told me I would have to come back with cash (her concert was the next day!) and of course I had no cash on me. She would not allow Venmo or Cash App. She also proceeds to tell me the fee is now $53, which I thought, okay, taxes, whatever. I go home and start dinner and get a text that the machine is back up. I put dinner on low, headed back over and she tells me now the fee is $56!! This girl has lost her mind!! Do NOT go here. Never have I ever left a review of any place ever, but this was the absolute worst!! read more

I took two pairs of dress pants in to get altered and it was $120. They left strings hanging off of the pants, as well as not sewing on the belt loop straps on all of the way. Within one wear the belt loops ripped off completely. They were very nice just the quality is below mid and is extremely expensive. read more

Awful unprofessional experience GO ELSEWHERE. The daughter who runs the front told me she'd have my child's flower girl dress for my wedding ready by 9/20 (straps shortened) nothing major. They had it sitting for 2 weeks mind you. She then texted me 9/19 at 9pm to come and get the unaltered dress, that they couldn't do the repair and were closing the following day for a family emergency. I told her I had a sleeping baby and could not rush into town to pick up the dress, she said I was being rude and she "wasn't going to go out of her way to help me." My husband drove into town to pick up the dress same as we left it. Now I have one day to find someone to fix her dress or i'll have to do it myself. So horrible, I really wish I read these reviews prior to choosing them it seems she is a real problem. read more

I took my daughter's BJJ Gi to have two patches sewn on. When I went to pick it up, I saw that one was not centered and the other was completely crooked. The lady that helped me suddenly stopped speaking English and resorted to Spanish after pointing out the mistakes. She couldn't argue the crooked patch because it was obvious, but she had another worker argue the off-centered one. The girl did remember my initial visit and told me I had asked her to place the patch at the bottom. I reminded her, that is not what I had said and shown her again what I had wanted. She went on to argue, which I found odd given this is a place of business and they had already made one obvious mistake. The owner seemed angry and continued to speak Spanish. I am not a Spanish speaker. The girl assisting her told me they would center the patch they placed at the bottom but would charge me again. Unbelievable! I told them to refund my money and I'd simply take my business elsewhere. The owner then takes a razor blade and cuts the patches off angrily. There were no apologies, nor any desire to satisfy their customer. I'd be careful having any garment altered here. You may end up with something you can't fix. I am thankful to have the outlines so that I can show the work that was done. read more
