There is allegedly staff there that comes in and cleans (or at least signs of possible staff... maybe ghosts I am no professional) but I've never seen any (nor ghosts, though spooky things happen). The machines that are not permanently out-of-order work decently albeit overpriced, but that is California sadly. Avoid the weekends unless you like standing room only and love waiting long periods of time for the people to stop hogging the washers/dryers like they're bottle cap currency. If given some TLC and maybe some more cleaning during peak hours this laundromat might have some potential.

I understood the first time he explained the issue, but he kept coming back repeatedly, becoming more aggressive and yelling at me. Rather than continue dealing with his behavior, I took my wet laundry somewhere else to dry because I didn't want to support a business that treats customers this way. To make matters worse, I was already under a great deal of stress because I had just experienced a death in my family and was trying to get home as quickly as possible. Instead of showing even a little understanding or professionalism, the owner chose to be confrontational. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last. So unless you enjoy sitting inside a business which is screaming that 1965 was the best year ever with the tension of being watched by your least favorite alcoholic uncle. Go anywhere else.
