They need to stop leaving the washers closed they stink like mildew; no one wants to wash their clothes in a stinky washer! Its great its opened 24 hours. Ive been going here every week for over a year. Today was the worst experience. I told the attendants that all 3 of my washers was NOT filled with water and that my clothes were just WET WHILE WASHING. it was then explained to me that nothing could be done. My Clothes DID NOT SMELL CLEAN AT ALL after coming out of the dryer. So this was money wasted! The 2 ladies that was working was very rude and dismissive to my complaint. The owner of this establishment should be absolutely disgusted in themselves. Context - so i made a visit to stairway cannabis on 7 highway in blue springs, as so many of us do to collect what ever it is we are buying, the only issue is the parking lot located on stairways premises holds maybe a dozen cars, not ideal when the majority of residents use this store, so i decided to park on the wash house as it was pretty empty (plenty of spaces) After making my purchase and making my way back to my car, low and behold it was being picked up by a tow truck, i wasn't abusive to the drivers we actually had a decent chat about what was going on, to my surprise i learnt from the driver that it is an unauthorized parking zone if you are not using the laundromat, he then pointed towards the smallest sign in the middle of the pitch black night that, in really small letters stipulates the above, to my absolute disgust this policy was put in place by the owner of wash house which i think is absolutely barbaric, people are so low on finances specially so close after christmas and this owner thinks its okay to punish people because they parked in a spot for 20 minutes, i had to pay the tow truck driver 160 dollar (there was 4 other people besides me that got stung too) just to have my vehicle dropped, i can guarantee the owner is probably making money off this as well. Your absolute disgusting behavior took the majority of my wage, basically you have just took food out of my 3 kids mouths, i honestly hope you get no business and i know from the other people i was stood with they we're furious as well. read more

Hilariously aggressive about their parking lot once the dispensary opened. It's like watching COPS, but these are rented ones and it's even more hilarious. I often bring my duvet in to use the washers. Not anymore. I've been in several laundry mats but it has been years. Either laundry mats have changed or this is an exceptional one! I was pleasantly surprised! First of all it was pretty clean. It seemed that all the machines worked. There was seating and a tv for the wait. They had tall tables for sorting and folding (the only thing that I remember the same from the old days when I had to use all the time). Of course they had a vending machine for soap, softener, etc (everything $1 except laundry bags were 50-75 cents depending on size. They also had soda & snack machines ($1-$1.75). They had restrooms! Yay! They were locked when the attendant isn't there. She is on premises 8am-8pm. And they have the rolling laundry baskets, as most good laundry mats do. The attendant was nice and friendly. Their clientele was friendly and pleasant as well. The only thing they didn't have that I missed was stain remover (the Oxi Clean was a powder detergent). Would have like to have a gel stain remover option in the machine. I highly recommend this place! OMGOSH! How could I forget! They have FREE WiFi!!! read more

My nephew, aunt, and sister all went here several months ago. They used this place regularly. So you think when they notified the owner that his business had given them bedbugs he would have at least pretended to be concerned. He instead laughed it off, blamed them, and said he did not give a _____. Tried to notify police and health department but neither were willing to put a stop to it. Bathrooms are locked when the attendant goes off duty. Additionally the attendant consideratly will take every laundry cart in place and lock them up when they leave. And with the current panic the business has taken excellent step of locking the bathrooms at all times, turning off the water to the sink as well as removing the paper towel dispenser. Obviously the staff do not want to clean nor do they want anyone to even wash their hands. Pretty sad all around. read more

My me is Brent Kellerman my daughter was born on 7 /3/2020 comes home today she's been in hospital for resportory problems. I went to the wash house late night early morning of the 19 to make sure I washed all her clothes and swing cover ECT to make sure the clothes ECT got the proper detergent along with sheets towels rugs ect when I went to get everything I didn't notice until I got home that someone stole every thing I had for my daughter went up there with police and the officer said he was going to come back later to meet the maneger but when he got there no later I just called still no maneger to show the tape so I'm just supposed to forget I think not I'll be up there every day until I get the truth read more

I have just moved to this area and new to using laundry wash. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It is very clean and the washers are always working. I feel safe there and everyone stays the appropriate 6 feet apart and practices social distancing. It is above and beyond in my opinion. read more

This has to be the cleanest most well kept, well lit laundromat I have ever been to. I'm on vacation and needed a place to do a couple loads and saw the ratings and decided to try it out. The worst part of my travel life is having to use a public laundromat, but this place takes the pain away. Huge new machines. Clean machines & facility. The person working was pleasant & helpful. Nice stainless tables to do your sorting and plenty of wheeled baskets to move your laundry around. One nice thing they could add are some magazines. I forgot to bring something to read and was bored out of my mind waiting. Not their fault, just would be a nice add on. read more
