The older lady working there seemed very overwhelmed and was unable to open the locked restroom for a little girl because she was counting the tons of quarters she emptied from the machines ($8.50 in quarters to run a regular cycle). They do have an app or you can use a credit card to start a machine, but do you really want to walk away from your clothes to do that? No. Amongst normal people, there were a few shady looking folks in there. There is a 'help" line to open the bathroom, but they did not answer. There was an exterminator on site spraying around the machines during regular business hours and the smell was pretty strong. You'd be better off washing your clothes in the sink, they'd probably get cleaner and smell better.

Needless to say, I had to go to an atm to get our more cash. This has happened once prior and the GUY who works here, just opened the machine and handed me those quarters that were sitting there stuck. He's nice but she's rude. I come here weekly for two years and only have a problem with her. I will NOT be back.
