A brand new garment was dropped off at this dry cleaner business back in November 2024. It was a…read moreblazer from Banana Republic and had never been worn. The expectation was that the business dry clean the garment. We received back a garment that was damaged. The garment was burned and unwearable. We requested that the business rectify the situation. They attempted dry cleaning it again, but it was clear that they had ruined the garment. They advised that they needed to send the garment to a third party to determine culpability. We followed back up a couple weeks later and they had not followed through with the engagement of the third party. Weeks later a verdict was received by the dry cleaner that they were not at fault. More than three months have passed and the result is that we purchased a garment and have been harmed financially by this company with no path to receive compensation for the damage or the time spent thus far.

The facility is clean, there is free wi-fi,…read morethe machines are in good condition, they have great hours, and it is nice to not have to deal with all of those pesky coins. The wash and fold service is also excellent. The staff always does a fabulous job and turns my laundry around the same day. I have literally had groans from employees at some of the Keene laundromats when walking in with wash and fold, but never here--just friendly, prompt service with none of the extra fees so many other local laundromats like to charge. I highly recommend Suds to be You!
