Pros: 1) Machines look modern compared to the very old ones up the street at the Speed Queen laundromat. 2) There is a rest room. 3) There is a tiny room with TV up towards the ceiling so you can watch while waiting your laundry to be done. 4) There is a change dispenser on the wall because the machines operate with coins. There is an option to use a credit card or debit card to purchase and activate a washer cycle. I agree with previous reviewers about the spider webs. I was expecting the place to be clean and clear of spiderwebs because the previous reviews about this issue was from several months ago, but it was not clean. This shows how little the owner of this place cares. CONS: (Owner needs to take note and fix these if he/she cares about the customers. Not fixing these issues will show the owner doesn't care and only cares about just ripping customers with the high washing prices). 1) The whole front of the building is covered with spiderwebs, even the security cameras at the front were encased in spider webs and it seemed the building had not been cleaned for several months. 2) The interior needs a pretreating sink next to the machines because you cannot pretreat stains before putting items in the washer and the washer does not allow for pretreating either. Then a lot of items came out unclean after going through a wash cycle. I had to take my things home to pretreat by hand and just hang dry at home. 3) The detergent dispenser in the machines need cleaned. They are very dirty and have mold and rust in them. I had to use a Lysol wipe I had brought with me to clean the dispenser before putting in my detergent. 4) The dryers don't dry. It is a scam so you can keep putting in coins and it does not dry. I kept putting coins in and it spinned for over 40mins for 1 mega load in 3 different dryers and still my items were damp. I got fed up and just took my items and left. 5) The washer prices are high and items still come out unclean after I spent $17.25 on three washers and several items still came out dirty from each of the 23 minutes wash cycle. I had to take home the items to hand wash them. What's the point of having washers in laundromat that don't clean clothes completely??
