I was so excited to go to a facility that had washers and dryers with settings other than just hot or cold. Unfortunately my first experience was my last. People off the street kept coming in to talk to me and it made me feel very unsafe being the alone. The riff raff was too much for me to handle. Have never had a negative issue. We've used the regular and jumbo washers with total satisfaction. Note to morons: Don't over-soap a front-loader. Google how you are supposed to load and run them, ok? I'm not your mother. Anyhoo, the dryers are amazing. Start with three tokens and go from there. read more

I hate this place now. I used to go there all the time and actually enjoy my visit, but the last few times have been terrible. The employees are ridiculously rude. Ive always loves Sam when she works, but all the rest are crap. There was one there a few weeks ago and she was with her daughter (who I'm not even sure works for them in the first place). The daughter was incredibly rude. I had never been treated so poorly in my life from a company. The mother wasn't much better, she was actually arguing with us. However, she was nice enough to refund us for the one washer that took much longer than it should. On top of the rude customer service , one of the washers stained all of our clothes in it. I will never go here again. The only good thing about it is the reasonable price and free WiFi. Yet, it's still not worth it. read more

This is probably the best laundromat in Broome County. If your washing machine breaks down, you could take your chances at one of the many seedy laundromats in the area - you know, the kind that haven't been renovated since the 60's and don't even have a bathroom. Duds 'n Suds, on the other hand, looks like it has been redone in the past 10 years. There is a large selection of washers and dryers, including large capacity. It has a nice lounge area with a large flat screen TV and magazines. There is even a snack bar if you get hungry, but why go there when there's a bagel place next door. And yes, there are (clean) restrooms. It's naturally very popular with college students, so try to go during college student off-hours (like mornings) if you want less crowds. The only downside is that they require tokens, which can't be used anywhere else. They have machines that convert cash into tokens, but the key is to estimate exactly what you'll need so you're not left with excess tokens you won't use. read more
