They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. Highly recommended and will be back for future use.

The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.

I had not been to a laundry mat in over 12 years and things have definitely changed. I went in with the intention of dropping off two very large fluffy comforters for wash but the attendant was helpful and suggested I could have them both washed and dried in under an hour. She helped me set up my machine and explained how they work. You can use change or the electronic pad that takes card. In 45 minutes, both of my huge comforters were washed and dried for $12. I will return here again. Great service and everything was very clean.

Some coworkers suggested to drop off here and pick up later. I came in the great gal behind the counter said I could get them in a couple hours. I was surprised. She weighed my clothing and offered me a discount. $12 out the door. Seriously? You can pick many options. If you like gain or tide, or Clorox she has it. She folds it and you pick it up. You of course can do your own. But when you are strapped for time, this is your place to go. She is also super nice! I will be back.

Decided to try this place in Portsmouth. It's large, lots of machines, which is great! They take cash or debit / credit cards which is convenient (I learned tho that you're charged a 25 cent convenience fee for using your CC). The employee that was there when I first walked in was a very friendly polite older lady. Complimented on my dress and everything They have an area with tables and vending machines. A game for kids - even a little ride for kids. $3.25 and up for washing- up to 5.50. About 2.50-3.50 for 10-15 minutes. Overall it's a good deal and I appreciate that there was always someone on duty. Also- they are right next to Popeyes in case you get hungry!!!

We're Canadians who had our boat moored at the Norfolk waterfront for a few days. This was the…read moreclosest laundry mat, so we made the 25 minute walk up with 3 of our bags at around 10:00am. When we arrived, the owner Nadine greeted us at the door. She was very helpful with which washer to use to spend the least amount of money, how to load it etc... Extremely friendly and chatty! It's not the fanciest place in the world but it has everything you need: change maker, soap available for purchase, plenty of seating, and wifi. Would highly recommend! Price: they have single loaders for $2.50, and triple loaders for $4.50 - and drying is $1.50. The big triple load washers take 30 minutes and drying takes 30 minutes also. Wifi: They have GREAT wifi! Nadine made us answer a skill testing question for the password but it was free otherwise! Something to note: we were planning to go grab some breakfast while we waited for our laundry but there really aren't many food options within a close walking distance (it's in a small strip-mall type lot, surrounded by hair salons and a Chinese restaurant which didn't appear to be open.
