Went a couple of times and my car didn't get cleaned and they let me run it back through without any issues. I've been several times, sometimes the rinse and dry doesn't work very well so I have to mostly dry it by hand. Good to see a car wash on this side of town..it was well needed. I've only been here a few times. My experiences have been the same. It's a basic car wash..nothing fancy to say. Be careful when ordering a car wash because sometimes they are out of certain things such as tire shine that may come with the wash you bought. It's busy on those pretty, sunny days but I got in and out fairly quickly. Prices are reasonable and I really didn't interact with the employees so I can't really comment on that. read more

I stop here weekly or sometimes twice a week. If you purchase a membership it's unlimited starting at $9.99. Great place always organized. Free vacuuming, fee use of towels to dry your vehicle off and winded for windows. If they are out of anything just go out there to the desk they will give you what you need. They strive to make you satisfied. The owner is super friendly and so are the workers. They always greet you with a smile. read more

I loved this place before, but today was a horrible experience. Half the brushes didn't even touch my car, no foam, no spray, no air from dryers, and the last brush didn't touch the car at all, it stayed in place. My car wash covered with droplets of war and still dirty. All this for the $20 deluxe package??!! I've been here a dozen time. Not happening again. read more

Vaccums don't have good suction. Seems like it's recycled dirty water that is being used. And they're are never any towels to dry your car off. Asked about towels and a guy that works here with one of the shirts on just Kanye shrugged his shoulders. read more

There have been several times that the monthly membership didn't work or the car wash was closed during business hours. Trying to get a decent car wash requires three trips through. Even under new management it's bad. Customer service in the office is a joke. read more

This car wash is chaotic. The car wash doesn't seem to include what is paid for. On top of all of that, the one of the staff members had his uniform short.on but pants were below his butt with a belt and he kept trying to pull them up. Experience could have been better. read more

Car wash is affordable and fine... but the scruples of their manager are in the tank! Because of misdirection by an assistant, the permanent splash guard on our Versa Note was trashed. Their overseer, DAVE ZIERK, insisted Wash Me Fast was NOT liable! For a $100 repair he cost them a permanent monthly-purchase customer. Lousy moral character!! AND if your file an Incident Report like we did, keep in mind that neither the phone number nor the Email address are of ANY use, so whoever owns Mammoth Holdings isn't worth a lick either!!! read more

I'm totally disappointed in the lack of customer service. After checking my account I found that I have been charged twice a month. When I contacted the company, Jim Dudley informed me that there were two accounts created in my name. I'm not sure how this was done. He then stated that they would refund me for two months. This is not acceptable considering I did not give consent to opening up a second account. To date I have not heard back from Jim after requesting a full refund for the second account I was charged for. read more

I went to the washmefast.com website 3 weeks ago and cancelled my membership. I was charged again this month. I just called the number on the washmefast.com website, they said the Fairburn location is not affiliated with Washmefast. So how do you get ahold of the folks in Fairburn? The links and telephone numbers get me to corporate and they won't help me with the Fairburn location because they are not affiliated to Washmefast. I called one number that is supposed to be Fairburn and their mailbox is full! What kind of hoax is this business running? How can they be using the WashmeFast business name if they are not affilitated with WashmeFast? Beware before giving them your credit card, I don't know how I'm going to get this cancelled without going there. read more
