I returned because my tires were dirty after a rinse and bird poop was left on my car. The incompetent manager called his manager and I threatened to file a dispute. Needless to say, I was allowed to run my car back through. Tires still dirty. The vacuums don't work. Don't let these people continue to take your money, file disputes. They won't change until you hit them in the pocket. Even after the attendant was told to run my car back through, he refused to do what his boss told him to do due to his little EGO. Ghetto fabulous. When I asked the attendant if the water was out, she got defensive instead of addressing the issue. She then told me the person I needed to talk to had gone to McDonald's and would be back soon. When I asked her to call him, she started talking about how she was actually his boss. To top it off, when I asked for a receipt, she said I had to wait for him.
