This place has gone to the dogs. The manager is a rude young man that thinks all old women are stupid. Today, I showed him differently. I returned because my tires were dirty after a rinse and bird poop was left on my car. The incompetent manager called his manager and I threatened to file a dispute. Needless to say, I was allowed to run my car back through. Tires still dirty. The vacuums don't work. Don't let these people continue to take your money, file disputes. I went to this car wash expecting a basic wash, but instead, I got poor service and an attitude. Very little water came out during the wash, leaving my car with visible dirt and soap streaks. When I asked the attendant if the water was out, she got defensive instead of addressing the issue. She then told me the person I needed to talk to had gone to McDonald's and would be back soon. When I asked her to call him, she started talking about how she was actually his boss. To top it off, when I asked for a receipt, she said I had to wait for him. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want a clean car and decent customer service, go somewhere else. read more

This is not the best car wash, if your car is really dirty and you want to get some of the dirt off it's fine for that in a pinch. You have to vacuum your interior yourself and then go thru the automatic wash. The credit card machine doesn't always work to pay for your wash so you either have to pay with cash or leave and go to an ATM. The tire shine option doesn't really shine your tires. read more

This is still the spot to come to, even if it's for a wash w/out the vacuum. The only issue that I have is the soak doesn't come off with the the blower/water. Maybe it depends on the wash you get I got a higher wash but the soap is still here like the $6 wash. Who wants soap left on their car after a wash?!?! read more

If I could post this with no stars.... I visited this place in May 2015. Found out they no longer offer the early morning deal. For those of you that own an SUV, make sure the dude secures the back wiper. After I noticed my back wiper was damaged and gone, I went back (same day) to speak to the owner and the black dude (with the eye condition) tells me owner wasn't there (Asian guy). I'm sure he was lying. Then dude tells me I shldve told the other dude to secure the back wiper before entering the car wash. I stated I've been coming here for years and never had to ask anyone to secure the wiper and if the guy knew what he was doing, I shldnt have to ask. That's part of his job! Then this idiot points to the standing signs that show what they're not responsible for. I conceded and will never go back to this establishment. BTW the receipt reads "Swifty Car Wash" but this place is listed as Express Car Wash. read more

I went through the carwash, then went across the street to do some shopping. When I came out W-M I notices that the tires on the passage's side had not been treated with the protecting solution. I returned to the carwash and talked to the rep on site. The rep informed me that I had waited to long (about 1hr) to return and he could not help. I request to speak to the manager. The rep called the manager on the phone and I explained my prospective to him. He said he could not help because I could have wiped the tires and returned for a free carwash. I informed the manager that this was not about the $9, but about getting what I paid for. I also informed him I would find some www and rate his inaction. At that point I think he said something like "do what you gotta do"... so here is my rating. read more
