I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.

The technicians get there and they change my quote to $400 after I had been told I could do the two bedrooms that I had planned and cushions on my couch. After going round and round with the owner, she was not Willing to work with me after one of her schedulers had quoted me a certain price. I am very disappointed in the unwillingness to keep one's word on a quote and in essence bait and switch. I do not recommend this company.

But once they were paid and the paint started to crack (within months) and we asked them to repair under the warranty they showed their true colors. Not to mention leaving food trash in my house, using our new sink to wash brushes, dumping their waste on the backside of a tree in our backyard (which is now dead), bringing their toddler to work, and the daily excuses of why they were behind schedule (including a weather excuse when the job was indoors). The owner is hostile and accusatory. When we had our first round of warranty issues he was unpleasant to deal with and when the 2nd round of cracks/peels appeared and we contacted him for warranty work, he ignored us and then attacked our character on social media by telling lies. We asked for a partial refund to hire another contractor to correct the cracks/peels but was ignored. He claims he wasn't aware of our issues as he's responding to text messages. Go look at Google reviews or Charleston, Berkeley, or Dorchester county court files. Personal or business cases go back a decade. Do not hire or you will be upset!

Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called.
