They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED. I don't normally go to a laundromat, so I did not have the frequent flyer card and use their coin machine. There are 4+ corn machines to use. I put in a $20 and a one dollar bill and got back $18 $.50. There were three laundry workers there that morning, one of them being the owner I believe, and after a phone call at about 10 minutes investigation, he gave me back $2.50. I appreciate that he was there to handle my issue immediately, and I was satisfied with the result. The high capacity washing machines worked great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience experience using them. It took 23 minutes, cleaned my pets beds great and drained them very well. One of the machines had a slight leak as during the spinning cycle, but they had towels there to catch the residue. All in all I will give this place a five star review, but it should only be 4 1/2 because the coin machine didn't give me the right change. I pity anyone who was short changed and the owner was not there to immediately corrected.

There are no posts in the facility indicating a phone number or any other type of contact information in the event a customer has a need to contact owner/operator.
