Stole $20. I went to load money on my card and the machine froze according to the attendant. Then told me that the machine was out of order. Mind you, there was no sign stating this. I was told after thr attendent made cla call that the owner will call me back in 48 hrs and that she'll refund my $20 back to my bank account....and still almost a week later after being told I'll have a refund...NOTHING! Left my number as directed and no call back, no refund to my atm card. Nothing !! Been coming here for 7 yrs and now will find a new place to wash when I can't do it at home. I am now on the verge to call my bank to dispute this charge and report to The BBB. Poor customer service. read more

This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to. First, you need exactly $1 bill to even get the laundry card. Then, the machine takes your $1 and it doesnt go towards your wash. Lets say, you dont use all of your money on your laundry card and like to use a better more reliable laundry mat. Now you just wasted money on that laundry card and the company gets to keep the profit. Next bad experience, the first large machine, that costs 7.25 (way too expensive by the way) didnt even work. The employee had to restart it three times only for it not to end up working. I had to transfer my clothes to a new machine , but i had already used all of my laundry detergent in the original machine. Such a freaking waste of time, money, detergent, everything. Ive had way smoother experiences at other laundromats. The employee is the only redeemable quality about this place. She was nice and offered me some of her own detergent. But honestly, you guys need to have actual liquid detergent (tide, gain) on hand for this scenario when your machines do not work but already took our product. read more

I've only came here a few times off of necessity, there's a lot of out of order equipment. The place is clean but they don't invest into their equipment. Every 10 minutes you have to turn on the dryer back on. Environment wise, you guys already know the people that hang out around this shopping center. read more

This laundry mat is the best,the cleanest, dang laundry mat ever,especially that ive been to in the san jacinto/hemet area. Very modern with the paying method,it is a card that money is added to. Also you earn free washes with points by how many washes you do. Pricing of machines is spot on i feel. There is always one of the laundry service employees there to help and these ladys are alway cleaning,as soon as you remove your stuff from a machine they're right behind you to clean that machine. Other places there is no one but a box for notes and hope for a call back if you lose money in a machine. The only negative is you have to use your washing card and pay i think it 35cents (which is a dry cycle lol )to use the restroom. Im sure its to keep the homeless/non customers from using it but yeah it would be nice if the wash cards just opened the restroom with no charge. Highly recommemd this place. read more

Under new ownership. Got reimbursed and tried it again. Nice washers and dryers. Besides the dog hair in a few of the washer and the screaming kids it was a lot better. Felt like my clothes got cleaned and dryers seem to work really good. Little tip though, it could use a paper towel rack and a bag dispenser read more

I used to come here every weekend to wash. It was a very clean laundromat which was hard to come by. If there was an issue with a machine and your money was taken they refunded you no problem. NOW, I don't know if it's under new ownership or what happened but this place was filthy, no service lady was around and a return sign was up saying "will return at 5" it was only 2!!! Long story short my money was taken by washer no. 36 which was not working with no sign up indicating so. So I moved my clothes and had to split my loads into 2 separate 5 loads (more money). So I filled out a complaints slip on November 22, 2015 (same day) turned it in. Here I am week to the day later, here to wash only cause I think I have the $10credit back on my card AND NO MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! That's $9.49 gone on nothing!!!!! So if the owner is reading this please give me my money back. I'm a single income family of 6 boys, and have to wash A LOT!!!!! Also it wouldn't hurt you to keep up the place, it once had a good reputation can you bring that back please. If my money is refunded in cash I'll update my review. read more
