We stopped in the WASH-N-GO Laundromat while vacationing at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in order to do our laundry, having found it on Yelp. It was a nice laundromat experience! The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats! read more

I visited a laundromat with my son this past summer while we were visiting New Orleans. The attendant inquired if we needed help but I chuckled as I exclaimed "this isn't my 1st rodeo!" We put soap in the dispenser & pressed the start button. And as we headed for the door my 20 year old son said, "when do we add the laundry?" That said, if you haven't been to a laundromat since Reagan was in office this place will be intimidating. There are signs EVERYWHERE! But if you slow down and look UP you'll quickly discover what I didn't realize til I was waiting for my comforter to dry: there are different machines for different capacities (who knew?). Once you decide on the capacity you need, simply read the display on the machine & it will clearly explain how to download the app (yep...you have to download an app) & proceed with washing your clothes. Oh. And the driers are free. So when deciding how much $$ to "load" onto the app with your credit card, you need only account for the cost of the washing machine. read more

Called to inquire in they had a coin machine there. Prompt to answer. Place was clean and the machines have a wide range of sizes. Costs 4 dollars for the HUGE machines so not sure if that would hinder but I think that's good value for a huge load. read more

The store was clean, the machines were clean, the manager was super friendly and helpful! I was cleaning comforters and she helped put in the detergent since the opening was too high for me plus she explained how the washer and dryer worked. she even told me how many coins I would need to dry my heavy comforters. I will definitely use this laundromat again. read more

I live in Cleveland Ohio and I goto this laundromat only. they have brand new washers. the dryers are a bit dated, however this is the best that I've foun. the staff is very friendly and helpful read more

Clean, friendly staff, washers and dryers were all in good shape! I used that deal they have on here ($15 dollars for $20). Never used a deal from this so before either and wasn't sure how the used my voucher code. I was expecting to have to scan my phone or something like a rewards card. She just wrote it down, and viola! I haven't had a lot of experience with doing laundry at a laundromat so the washers had more settings than I was used to( comparing to my personal home washer and dryer) they helped me out without making me fell like a total dummy. They my clothes were clean in a timely fashion, so I've got no reason to penalize them with a -1 star. +5 stars! read more

We moved to a place in Streetsboro where there aren't enough laundry facilities for each building, so I've been going to Wash-n-Go for a few weeks now. The place is very clean, the machines are in good shape, and the folks who are there are always super nice to talk to. My only complaint are the prices. The first week for clothes for two of us was $24.50, the second week, I got it down to $19, and last week, I finally managed $14.50 by using the machines a bit more wisely. That said, this week when the building was empty of tenants, I finally got to use the machines here and it cost me $4 to do the exact same 7 days of dress/leisure clothes for the 2 of us. The husband is making more money now, but we'll never make it out of the apartment for a dinner out now and then if I'm spending upwards of $20 a week to wash clothes for the two of us. :\ read more

I've been to a lot of laundromats in several states over the years, and this is by far the best, nicest one I've ever been in! There's an attendant here all the time - she's very nice. The place is clean, the machines are clean, the soap dispensers in the machines are clean, and every machine is working except one. The floor is clean, the folding counters are clean. There are a lot of machines, and several sizes. Wash is $2.75 and dry is a quarter per 6 minutes. The change machines actually work and have quarters in them. This place is actually decorated (the walls), and it's not your typical skeevy, creepy laundromat. I'm so impressed! I highly recommend this place! read more

I really like this place. I typically find laundromats to be a little skeezy but this one is clean and welcoming. I only come here a couple times a year when I wash comforters in the big machines but it's always a positive experience. The staff are friendly, especially with helping with machines because I'm too short to see over the machine to pour detergent. I'll keep coming back! read more

The nicest and cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. Great seemingly quite new machines. They wash in a half hour and the dryers can dry in under that. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. All in all this is a laundromat I will frequent with my laundry! read more
