One thing, be specific how you want your clothes done, for example; "cleaned, starched and pressed ". They will make sure your order is correct.

My husband's brand new black button down shirt was also turned to acid wash and was not ironed well. I called in to tell them and they said they wash in cold and it's probably due to the dye from the manufacturer. I was not offered a refund or a coupon for future use. Nothing! The cleaner claims i had the shirts in for 31 days and her policy is clothes are forfeited after that. I tried to pick up the shirts after 17 days but they could not find them after returning from vacation 9 days later they still could not find them . after no phone calls and another trip to see if they found them the owner said too bad its now 31 days you dont have any shirts anymore. Worst customer service and even employees are disgruntled with owner for screwing over customers.

I have had enough miserable experiences with cleaners across Cleveland from when I stayed downtown till I moved out here. The pick up and delivery service works like a charm. They have yet to mess up a single order to date. Not a lot else to say about a dry cleaning service, about as good as it gets.
