The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats!

Despite causing this damage, the only reimbursement they provided was the $15 I paid to have the pants cleaned. Reimbursing the cleaning charge does nothing to compensate me for a brand-new $150 pair of pants that was damaged while in their care. The customer service afterward was equally disappointing. Halle, the manager, did not even bother to call me to discuss what happened or attempt to resolve the situation personally. Their proposed solution was for me to drive back to their location and drop off the damaged pants, even after I specifically explained that I am not from the area. After damaging my property, they expected me to spend additional time and money traveling back to address a problem they caused. I gave this business an opportunity to make this right before posting a review. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I expected them to take responsibility for the ink damage they caused and provide fair compensation for the item. Instead, I received $15, no call from the manager, and a request that I further inconvenience myself by driving back to their location. The damage itself is unacceptable, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward is what made this experience particularly disappointing. That was a real chore this winter with all the snow and slush that was dragged in. But she was always their busting her butt trying to stay ahead of all the dirt and grime. She did a fabulous job. Then she says my winter jacket is not ready and says " you don't need winter jacket. Just come back later" What kind of response is this? First of all, no one takes this long to do dry cleaning. Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried."
