I have been using Wash N Roll for about a year now and have had no issues that was not taken care of at that moment. Every one has been helpful and friendly. I don't understand why there are so many poor reviews on this site. But it seems to me that they are all very much the same words over and over. Hum, a bit fishy. Anyway, I have had zero complaints but maybe I just use the best location in Gallatin TN. I also make sure to tip the person or persons pre-cleaning and scrubbing. These guys are working in the heat and humidity and deserve a little extra. I sometimes over use the times I go through the wash but hey I pay by the month so what the heck. I find the cost is in the end is a great value. Keep up the good work and it does my heart good to see these teens working during the summer break! read more

Attendant at the Gallatin, TN location straight up lied about a 30 day trial with no recurring charge and signed us up for a membership of $31.95/month unknowingly. He insisted they were just trying to "build loyalty," unfortunately trapping your customers into a subscription is not the way to do it. Difficult process to cancel, watch out for this place and just be prepared to say no on any "promo" they try to sell you on. read more

I was overcharged. They charged me twice in 1 month. I upgraded my service and I gave them a new card for payment. They took out $31.95 on January 5, 2026, then I look on my bank statement today 1-17-26 and I have been charged $31.95 again. When I went there on Sunday and had my car cleaned it was still dirty, with dirt spots on it afterwards. I received no tire shine and the rims were dirty as well. I am not pleased with this company and it is a shame that companies charge consumers and they don't give the service promised. They were running a special for monthly service, so it was $29. But my car didn't get clean after the wash, the vacuums were not powerful enough to get pet hair out of my carpet. I am not impressed with the quality. I just moved from Texas where I paid $29 a month and my car was hand dried by the staff, they vacuumed and cleaned the windows and interior for that same price and I drove away with a clean car. That is what I expected here. When I tried to cancel my monthly service it "couldn't find me" um....what? So hoping I will net have to fight that later this month when it tried to renew! pretty sure running my sprinkler in my yard would get my car cleaner than this! read more

The car wash attendant used a brush & left almost the entire vinyl windows on my Bronco scratched. Now it's hard to see through the back window at night it's just an hazy glare! The car wash attendant actually admitted to the incident that caused my vinyl rear windows on my vehicle to be scratched. Marcus Hooper who addressed me was unprofessionally laughed in my face & said the brush used wasn't designed to leave scratches. Marcus proceed to wipe the vinyl windows with a dirty cloth that I asked him not to use. Which could further scratch my vinyl windows. I didn't even mention my car still dirty after have been through the wash but not accepting responsibility for damage & an untimely response (over two weeks later) is unacceptable. Consequently, Wash N Roll decided not to fix or have the windows replaced. If I were to have damaged any property of Wash and Roll's, I would be held financially responsible. This is despicable. I signed up for the $22 for a month to try it out. The Platinum Wash Pkg. First time was OK, 2nd time the triple foam conditioner did not dispense. Same thing 3rd time. Went to the new one down at Hwy 109 & I40, it worked perfectly​. Lots of foam conditioner, RainX, everything I paid for. Today went through Gallatin one again, and had the clerk cancel the service and give me a receipt. I told him the conditioner didn't dispense last time, he said to talk to people in the office when I was done. Also said " the machines aren't always set up the same in different locations, but I definitely got everything I was supposed to get, just in a different order! Come on, Man... different order? What, the conditioner before the soap, or after the rinse water? It's not rocket science - don't insult me! Went through, this time no triple foam conditioner, no RainX... just a water rinse! Had to towel dry the windshield, back glass, hood & sides - dryers did nothing! Stopped in the office - no one there! Place was wide open, merchandise & cash register right there unattended! Waited 15 minutes - no one came. Tried calling their phone # to complain , gave up after 15 minutes on hold. Tried again from home, left a message, and they called back. I had also sent an email, got template response they would "escalate to proper department". The girl on the phone was useless - could have cared less. Read from the same script that she would let " upper management know", that maybe the station needed maintenance! I told her they needed to fill the empty stations with the proper chemicals - that it was cheating the customers right now who are paying for a service they aren't getting! I asked for a partial refund for the partial wash job, and she said they wouldn't refund for a 1-time wash! I told her i had paid for a month's worth, but she said it was a promotion where i really only paid for 1 wash, and they gave you the month for free. So i canceled but will watch my bank statement to make sure they don't charge me another month. Don't be fooled by the pretty lights. Stay away. Having consistently used the top tier package I can say this has been the worst car wash I have ever used. You can count on still having bugs and dirt stuck on your car after going through the wash. Same with my significant other and friends who have gotten car washes here. It's not thorough and the funniest part is it's the most expensive! I have gone to cheaper car washes that have done a better job on top of providing micro fiber towels and glass cleaner. Not only is the actual car wash bad, prices high, but the main older men working here are disrespectful and rude. They close down vacuuming stations on an entire side leaving people to be waiting for a hose. Had a problem canceling my membership because they never answer their phones and the voice mail is just for show. (Didn't have the ability to get on the website that day so tried just calling) then found out that I was told the wrong cancel date by the guy that sold me the service. And they refused to refund my $40 because it was "hearsay" - what a joke. Very expensive wash for just a so-so result. Overall very disappointing. I'll stick with Mr Carwash from now on. read more

Biggest scam, you get pressured into a membership, I cancelled two months ago and I just got a email to update my credit card information, luckily I got a new card and when they tried to use it the card was declined, this was in Gallatin , i only go to Screaming Eagle across the street To get my car washed. Originally bought at $22 was not told it would go up to $40 (didn't think I would have to cancel because of the automatic cancel stipulation I was sold on). Don't go there, they wouldn't refund me told me they could take my word, they put themselves first and could care less about their customers. Mister Carwash is down the street, buy their service.
