I drive an electric car, and like many EVs, it takes a few seconds longer to properly put the car into neutral before entering the wash. While I was doing this, one of the attendants became visibly agitated and impatient, rushing me and making the situation unnecessary. Instead of being helpful or understanding, his tone and body language were unprofessional and borderline confrontational. If employees aren't trained or willing to deal with electric vehicles--which are extremely common now--that's a serious problem. A car wash should be able to accommodate different types of vehicles without making customers feel rushed or disrespected. I expect basic courtesy and patience, especially when I'm following the correct procedure for my car. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and it completely ruined the experience for me and I'll wash my car elsewhere.

Jonathan Kiara did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service. Kiara explained the wash membership and it's something to consider if you like a nice clean car. Jonathan helped us by pressure washing our floor mats right because the mat cleaner was broken. Would definitely come back again soon. It's a lot of bang for a buck, but all of the grime came off in just one pass. Consider taking care of your ride!!

I have tried to call and cancel this service because I have no pass on my window and didn't sign up for this. After trying to contact them and leaving messages 4 times I did a charge back through my credit card company for a full refund and they canceled the recurring payments. I would advise people not to go here because after putting a review on Nextdoor I found that this company does this to everyone who uses a credit card to pay for their car wash.
