We paid $16 for their second level car wash and then took advantage of the free towels, vacuums, and cleaners (both glass and multipurpose). Jonathan Kiara did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service. Kiara explained the wash membership and it's something to consider if you like a nice clean car. Jonathan helped us by pressure washing our floor mats right because the mat cleaner was broken. Would definitely come back again soon. It's 7/25 and still nothing. I got a survey asking how satisfied I was with customer service...um, not at all considering you've done nothing. Absolutely awful! If I could give negative stars I would, just can't imagine how anyone actually likes this carwash with all the better choices!
