Lady (rude) on the phone stated one month refund and 3 months of services is what they will do. I want my full $239 of charges without authorization placed back in my bank account. By all means my money is refunded, fraudulent activity from any person(s),or businesses is unacceptable in today society! Fix the equipment that is broken OR, hire employees who at least can pretend to care that they are part of ripping your customers off. Took my car there yesterday and paid $7.00 for the "bronze" wash. Obviously their cheapest selection and that was ok with me as all i wanted the wash to do was clean off cat paw prints from my hood, windshield and roof. Went through and noticed right away that the center brush that does those surfaces did not come down. Of course when i checked after pulling out of the wash area, the sole purpose of my trip to this establishment remained. I went in to the office and explained to the employee that i was not satisfied with the results and his 1st reply was "oh well you got the bronze sooo..." I explained that i understood it was the cheapest but that all i wanted was the hood windshield and roof cleaned of the paw prints and that i could have done a better job with a hose at home and saved my self the $7.00 I told him that I wanted a refund and he said he could not give one. At this point he said i can let you run it back through, the brush that does those surfaces for the bronze package doesnt work soo i cant gaurantee it will be any better. After hearing this i asked him "dont you think you should tell your customers that before hand?" To which he replied with a shug..."na...we have to many cars coming through here to do that" So, both amazed and perplexed I had to ask "so your ok with letting customers pay for something that they are not getting but think they are?" And, I shit you not, with a straight face....his reply...."yea." At this point i just could not help but ask him "and you dont find that to be f#!ked up in the least?? When I got out of my car to vacuum my car still didn't look clean. It's been months truthfully and a few road trips. I went to the office just to see if the sign said no guarantees. Mark met me and said no problem pull around we'll wash it again....you can't imagine the awesome job they did. My car looks great! Thank you so much guys. Didnt clean my car Nowhere near as good as POPS...didnt clean the front of my car at all. I was also left with streaks on the sides where the dirt didnt come off. Was nice and clean business, but not very pleased. Will defiantly go back to POPS. read more

The premium package is supposed to include a "wax" coating. If it does include such a coating, it is applied before rinsing, which would render it completely useless. Also the air jets do not dry the car hardly at all. It left water spots all over my vehicle read more

Bald headed guy was very rude and car was is not maintained like when it was new. I used to have a monthly deal when they first opened but after about six months I could spray my truck off with a garden hose and get better results. read more

I love this place. I've been a customer since they opened. I had a deal for the ultimate package originally and then lessened it to the cheapest after the deal was over. The guys are friendly and listen when I have concerns about those impossible places and realize if I mention it, it needs attention. If you wash twice a month the cheapest package is well worth it when you can easily spend 10 at the automatic and get no personal attention. If you wash more often then higher packages pay for themselves also. You can wash twice a day if you want! I use to wash just a few times a month and found they did great. I have never experienced what the previous reviewers have and for the last several months have been there 3-5 times per week as now I drive for UBER and Lyft in Nashville and always have horrendous bug issues! I use the trash cans and vacuums regularly with no issues. I also have never noticed the debris issues aforementioned. It may have been an isolated incident with sloppy customers! I'm not sure of pricing between $4 and $42 as the higher prices $17 and up are for monthly packages! read more

Fraud Alert. Caution. Twice I've paid $18 for the premium wash and was given a $6 wash. The first on January 5, 2018 at 4pm, sale # 52487365245, the second on May 12, 2018 at 10am. Each time the $6 light was flashing as I pulled up to the door. The first time I assumed the flashing light was for the car behind me so I entered without question. I came out on the other end with a $6 car wash. I called 615-375-1845 and spoke with a young man that thought I may have cut in front of another car instead of waiting my turn. Video surveillance will show there was no one in the queue to cut in front of. There is a gate at each lane that would have prevented someone advancing out of place. I left my number and was told me someone would call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. I was in town a month or so later and thought I'd stop by again and watch for the light as I entered. It showed the correct wash that I payed for. On May 12, 2018 I pulled into the far right lane and was greeted by a sales representative that saw I paid for an $18 wash. He asked if I wanted a months worth of $18 washes for $93. I said no thanks and he asked if I wanted my receipt. Foolishly I said no thanks and proceeded through the gate after it lifted, it was my turn. As I pulled to the door, two young men were haphazardly spraying and scrubbing the front of my vehicle. I noticed the $6 wash light blinking and rolled my window down to tell the guys I paid for an $18 wash and this was the second time they had done this to me. He asked for my receipt and I told him the salesman took it at the POS machine out front. He told me to apply my brakes until he could change it to my selected wash. The light then changed from a $6 wash to the $18 wash I paid for and I proceeded forward. At this point I'm still not sure I got the $18 wash. My wheels were just as dirty as they were before I drove through. No part of the machine touched my wheels as you could lightly rub your finger across any part of the four wheels and see how shiny the wiped portion was. My tires were just as dull and almost as dirty as they were before I drove through. I still had plenty of bugs on the front bumper and windshield. This was not an error in the queue or the gates lifting out of order. Video surveillance will prove this fact. This is not an error in the technology used by wash n roll car wash. This is intentional fraud. Wash n roll car wash is charging consumers for services they have no intention of providing. It is difficult for a paying customer to know what they are receiving once they enter the wash as a series of foam and liquid fall on the vehicle as the brushes rotate. If you go to a store and pay $1.59 for a 32 oz drink, you'll be able to see the volume is twice as much as a $.79, 16 oz drink. I'll never patronize another wash n roll establishment again and I caution anyone else when considering a car wash from wash n roll. Intentional tort? Crime? With less than $12 for each fraudulent transaction from each unsuspecting customer, it may never be decided, just don't waste your time or money at wash n roll car wash. read more

When they first opened a year ago...they were near perfect. However, this summer they are just not getting the bugs off, the staff is hit or miss when it comes to customer service - the teen age boys are more concerned with smoking behind building and talking trash within earshot than anything else, the trash cans are overflowing every time I go there, debris is all over the property, and I sit for 10 min scraping bug splatter off my front bumper after thewash. Please note- I spray my car with a bug and tar pre soak, then they half a** scrub, then I have to scrub. I wash my car at least once a month. It's not like I drag it through the mud for months and then expect it clean. ** The machinery is great, ( other than bugs - it get my car clean), and the free vacuuming is good. I feel like they need management and regular cleaning for the entire property. --------------------------------------------------- I went for my monthly car wash yesterday and I had been parked under a tree at work.. birds! Anyway, it didn't come clean on the $6 wash. I asked them what they offer in that case and a boy came to look at it He noticed more than just a few "bird" spots...he sent me through for FREE and with the best wash they have! I saw this car wash and loved it. I am a local business owner here in Dickson and love when new business come into town. I do have to say though my first wash blew me away, my second wash I started to notice some very light scratchs and marks. Please know I am not upset or mad. I am very happy to be a VIP member but I would have to say it's a little rough for a car with little grim or drit and just wanted to voice to the wonderful folks at management if any way possible to tweet the wash to be a little softer. ~ Darrell ~ read more

First time utilizing these services both my husband and myself. The machinery malfunctioned causing my husband's vehicle to derail somehow while the system kept moving. My vehicle then rear-ended my husband's several times before the machines were finally turned off. A report was made by the staff along with a police report. The Manager was supposed to contact me the next day and did not. I have left 3 voicemails for him without any acknowledgement from the manager and it is now halfway into the second day after the incident. There is damage to my front bumper but the experience was more terrifying than anything not being able to stop my vehicle or knowing what my vehicle was hitting when my windshield was covered in soap and being washed with the loud machines going down the side of my vehicle, feeling trapped. The vehicle behind me also hit mine with minor damage to their vehicle, but they were also wanting to be contacted by the manager and have not. read more
