I bought a whole set of new tires there and they put them on for me. They were very helpful and friendly. They had me in and out in no time!

I have used them multiply times for oil changed. To day I went in for an oil change and ask them to make sure and check the automatic transmission fluid and see if they could find where my power steering was leaking! They pulled the truck out the lady at the counter said it didn't have a dipstick, ( under the truck on the transmission) and it had multiple oil leaks. If they can't do what I ask them to do, then I will not bother to go back to them! read more

Been here several times. The last time I went charged me a lot more for an oil change. When I asked why, they told me it cost extra to remove a panel to get to my oil. I have never heard of a company charging extra money for a panel. I was disappointed with how the elderly lady reacted when I expressed my concern. She was like too bad so sad. She just blew me off. Another thing I don't like about this company is that they are not thorough either. Weather they are changing your tires or doing an oil change they won't do an overall inspection on your vehicle. They won't check other fluids or your brakes wear and tear. They do the bare minimum. Won't be back! read more

Terrible Experience and would encourage everyone to "Stay away from this place". I brought my 2013 Lincoln Navigator in for an oil change and wheel balancing and rotation. During my visit I asked if they would be able replaced brake light which was out and both men doing my oil change said yes. While trying to replace bulb they broke the whole mounting bracket that holds rear light housing completely off as well as never replaced the bulb. This light was never an issue and was not broke when I came in before they broke it trying to figure out how to install a bulb. After breaking this they said it was not their fault and used duct tape to secure it after they broke it. They never offered to fix or repair the part they broke. They did no even offer a discount off my bill for the damage which I paid $146.89. This part they broke I have been trying to source appears to be over $225. I spoke with many members of their staff and they did nothing to fix or replace the damage they caused. I am telling everyone I know going forward to stay away from this location as they do not care about their customers and when they damage your vehicle you are out of luck. Sad, as my large family & friends has supported this business for many years. We will all be taking our business elsewhere going forward due to the handling of this issue and poor customer service. You just lost a lot of loyal customers. read more

I've tried these guys for the past 15 years. Plain and simple, they are jerks. The old woman at the counter does not know how to smile, be friendly, courteous, or just kind. She is just a sour old soul! I have tried them for car washes, car repair, and lastly tires. I am done. Until today, I really wanted to keep my business local and with a family. I don't care who gets my money now. If I'm going to get treated like they don't care, I'll save some money by buying from a big corp that buys in bulk. read more

I love this place. They do a great job of cleaning my car inside and out -- it's more like a detail than just a wash. For maintenance, they are honest (not trying to upsell any unneeded services) and fast, even if you don't have an appointment. And there's free wifi in the waiting room! read more

I have been to this business on 4 or 5 different occasions since they are local. The gentleman at the counter is always so nice! Each time I have had my car washed. The second time I was there they "misplaced" one of my floor mats. No big deal, I didn't even notice for a few days. But I did call and they said it wasn't there but offered to buy me new ones. They were not worth the trouble so I declined and I continued to go back. Now, I have a brand new SUV (have not even made the first payment) and I take it for a wash and washer fluid. When I get in to leave, it smells like someone just smoked a cigarette in it! At my next stop, I walk around the back and there is a scratch on the back. I know accidents happen, although I was sick about it. I called to let them know and I did not get so much as an apology! I wasn't asking them to repair or anything but an "I am sorry that happened" would have been nice. read more

Maybe I shouldn't give them a 5-star rating based on only two visits; BUT, I'm very encouraged to do so. They do a professional job very well. They have congenial personalities. (I suspect weekday mornings are the best hours ... but, they have a good assembly line and many workers. (I had at least 4 people washing and polishing my car to look like new.) read more

Argued with us for over an hour over $30 misquote between two visits, and couldn't seem to grasp the sense of customer service. We didn't want anything free or discounted, just an apology for miscommunication. Both people I spoke with seemed confused at the idea that we would have appreciated an update when status had changed. AVOID this place at all cost, as they are a low level turn key operation with baseline skill. read more
