I was in a huge hurry and stopped at one of the many car washes that line Jackson St. before heading out of town. WOW! Who knew the BEST car wash in Tullahoma was THE WASH SPOT across from Lowes? I've done the cards and the clubs, and now realize how much money I've wasted at one of the larger car washes in town. THE WASH SPOT started by hand washing the smashed bugs off my front bumper before I even started the actual car wash. No more do I have to go through the line twice to get my car clean. I paid just $10 for their "TOP WASH," which included a "lava bath," RainX and ceramic wax. The finish on my vehicle looks better than the day I left the dealership. No lie! This car wash looks old and possibly even out of order, but it's the best wash I've had from an automatic car wash. The guy that runs the business cleaned our truck with a brush and I was very satisfied with the results. I will go back again. read more

June 18th, 2024 . Just WOW.! (If I could rate this place with negative stars I would) . This used to be my go to place for car wash in the past but never again. Purchased their so called "KITCHEN SINK" package & would have better off rinsing car off at home for "FREE" . Pulled back around to have them correct it and attendant exclaimed this is a car wash not a detail shop while having an attitude. If you are a car wash and you don't clean cars as expected.. what are you selling fantasies..? . Standards are so "LOW" . I've had my cars professionally detailed many many times over the years & it's far more involved than getting dirt & bugs off. Clearly attendant has ZERO idea what detailing actually is. SMH . Strangely 1st time going thru wash attendant was very aggressive about getting a tip. Dude you have no interest in seeing this business survive or any interest in doing your one job of getting cars clean.. Why the heck would I tip you before I see the quality of your work.? Hell considering the low standard of cleaning.. you should be paying me..!! . Attendant ran me thru a 2nd time which was a waste it came out equally as bad & this time he made zero attempt to spot mop the car like the 1st time and gave off serious attitude over me actually expecting what I paid for.. a clean washed car. SMH . Guy doesn't deserve a tip. He deserves to be fired. . Freaking people expect to be paid/tipped for crappy work.. Will never be tipped by me for crappy work and anyone that goes tip for crappy work.. you simply encourage these low standards. Might as well be everyone gets a trophy day.. SMH Even told guy if cars not clean I'll never be back to which he couldn't care less. So I will never be back but will definitely share how crappy this business is so others don't get fleeced. . Best car wash in Tennessee! Originally I stayed away from this place because the outside wasn't as appealing as others in the area. To my dismay, the ritzier, more expensive washes actually do a poor job at cleaning the bird poop and dirt off of my 4Runner. The owner of Wash Spot is thorough and actually puts elbow grease into scrubbing your car before sending you off into a high powered wash that leaves it beautifully clean. The best part is that for better quality you're paying less than the place down the road. I tried places in Murfreesboro, closer to Nashville and of course the "fancy" scam one in Tullahome. Very service oriented. Prewash bay to pretreat problem areas. $5-$15 up to 4 different levels of wash. Dry towels clipped on every vacuum "bay". Vacuuming suction could be dodgy. One bay (far left) wast duct taped for a fix, but still leaking-which made that bay useless. My bays line was weak, but the one next to me seemed to have a bit more suction. I was happy to see they have an area to scrub the bugs and bird poop from your vehicle before entering the car wash. The attendant was excellent and did a great job pretreating my truck and brushing it down all the way around. The wash itself did a nice job. As of this date 4-10-2019 the most expensive wash was $15 which included wheel and tire scrub, wax, spot-free rinse and nice blowers to dry the car. Vacuums and mat cleaners are free. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My mom and I came in this morning to get a car wash because our car was really dirty from the snow Storm. We paid $10 and $10 is a lot for us right now. There were so many spots that were missed after the wash. My mom went back to see if they could wash it again. The man in a tan jacket told my mom that I should only expect so much from a car wash since our car was dirty and that she should be realistic about her expectations. He even told the other guy that was scrubbing the car to stop scrubbing that it was a rewash. Who ever this asshole is, don't you ever talk to my mother or any customer like that ever again. Started out to get a car wash. When the young man 22 years of age took the brush and proceeded to accidentally break off my windshield wiper. He let me know shithappens those exact words. Also proceeded to tell me it wasn't his fault. The carwash will not replace the wiper blade unless I will come back Monday and get it from his paycheck which I will not be visiting the car wash again. There is a huge lack of accountability. Sad to say but I am on my way now to get a replacement wiper blade and go get my car washed seeing as though I went ahead and backed out of this car wash. I will not be going back read more
