Wasn't 100% sure it was the battery so drove to my closest Advanced Auto Parts on Moores lane in Brentwood and requested their complementary battery test. Was just me taking care of this as my husband was out of town and I had just taken on a foster hospice dog that cannot be left alone so he was in the car with me. One of their employees, Dana, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my stressful situation. Dana happily tested the battery, finding it to be in need of replacement, and then quoted me the price; $255 which included the tax, core exchange, battery, and install. I could not believe the difference, not only in price, but that this wonderful company was willing to install it for me as well -zero charge! I was so grateful! Especially at a time like this during Christmas coupled w/several expensive repairs we are trying facing at our home from leaky roof to main floor of our home sinking into our crawlspace -the money savings Advanced Auto Parts saved us from taking it into the shop was a godsend! An extra appreciative shout out to employee, Dana -she not only incredibly professional, and in all around bad @ss chick with her mechanical knowledge and capability, but also an incredibly compassionate and professional person who, if I own my owned business, I would I want to clone her and have her work, my companies. I like that. thank you so much for your help Both her and a gentleman name Greg was so very helpful and kind very professional I also needed something to clean my headlight so I could see better and Greg knew exactly what I needed. I have tried everything from straight lemon juice to off bug spray and could not get it cleaned I scrubbed as hard as i possibly could but nothing ever worked for me . I'm a senior citizen with a fixed income. Greg knew exactly how to fix my problem I was so happy I almost started crying he made my headlight look almost as shiny and brand new as the other one.
