Wife took our 2021 Jeep Renegade was taken in for a prepaid oil change which cost us $2549.67. Initially tried to bill for $3500.00. The service manage to add many other areas. Identified a problem with the battery charged $319 for a battery that MOPARS sells for $220, $130 to install. Identified front tire wear, (really had another 10,000 miles) Charged $370 for 2 tires that are available on Amazon for $220. Then $139 for alignment (not needed). Showed a frayed belt, ok replace but probably did not need the Tensioner and Idler pully at a cost of $302 for parts available at MOPARS for $153. Total cost of $1053.61. Did a rear axle service (which wasn't needed because Vehicle only had 22,944 miles, maintenance book says not needed until 40,000 miles. The night before the work was performed the service manager was told not to do the maintenance and put the car back together but he did the work anyway. Definitely illustrates the fact that dealership profits are heavily dependent on service charges and that service managers are rewarded in one manner (mostly $) or another for piling repairs on normal service. read more

Took my 2018 dodge ram in for oil leak. dealer told me it was timing chain cover gasket, $6,100 to fix it. 3 days after getting truck back noticed small oil drip. I went back to Mcnabb,, they told me residual oil running down the suspension from original leak. I left pulling trailer back to California. 1 day into the drive major drip started again. California Dodge dealership tells me drip is from poor quality workmanship at Mc Nabb shop. California quotes $5,800 to replace the gaskets. Mc Nabb shop refuses to pay for repairs to fix their screw up. I have spoken to 2 different Dodge mechanics and 1 independent diesel mechanic who said repair from McNabb mechanic was done incorrectly. Very frustrated McNabb won't stand behind their workmanship. read more

The people make the dealership, and the customer service was wonderful at Stan McNabb. I came here because my truck broke down traveling through town. They did everything they could to get my vehicle fixed promptly and properly. The only reason I took away 1 star was because they had to special order all of the parts I needed, but I am from a large city where I expect all of the parts to be readily available. The service advisor was helpful, the technician was prompt, the hours were good, and the waiting room was comfortable. If I lived in the area, I would definitely trust Stan McNabb to service my vehicles. read more

I went to go buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee had 2 different sales man ask them f they could help me. I asked about one but it didn't have a window sticker, was told they would get the keys. 20 minutes later I saw the parts manager, I knew him from past dealings asked what I was doing told him I have standing around for 20 mins waiting on keys because I wanted to buy a car. He said wait a min because I was walking back to my truck. One sales man finally runs back up and tells me he couldn't find the keys in the one I was looking at because they just got it in. Lie #1 I said funny that car has been here for over 3 weeks, Lie#2, that Jeep has been sold to another dealer and they haven't picked it up yet. Funny I said shouldn't it have been pulled to the back then?? Before he could lie again I said to bad you have Lied to me already 3 times, so no thank you. Stan McNabb use to be a good place to buy a vehicle now since they have move to the new location I wouldn't buy from them no matter how low of a price. I bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler here in December of 2016. I've had it serviced here exclusively except when I've been out of town. The customer service is top notch. I think a small dealer like Stan McNabb places a much higher value on individual customers than the larger mega dealers where everything is about numbers and volume. read more
