Noticed there's no recent reviews. First time visit to this laundromat. There's an atm and the fee is $2.50. You need a dollar cash to purchase a card from the kiosk and then you use cash to load the card. The woman working here was really nice because I was having trouble with the card reader at first. I used to really like coming here when they first opened. Now it seems every other small load washing machine "needs adjustment" and I find myself having to wait to start my laundry. The one older woman who works there is very rude. I have seen her argue with customers and is unfriendly. I'm currently looking for another laundromat. Avoid this one if you can. read more

Worst laundry mat I have ever been to!!!! The lady in the front is so rude and ignorant and she told me She couldn't understand what I was saying but I don't have an accent, and she was saying ignorant things about Americans are and how they are pieces of shit. She was yelling at me about Everything under the sun, being rude when I asked her when they closed, being rude when I asked her what the price was to fold clothes for me, saying I was nobody, and just blatantly rude. I called the police and they went to talk to her and when they did she started yelling at them and video recording. She's completely psycho and when I asked for a manager she just sat there and texted completely unprofessional. Worst place I have ever been to in my whole life. read more

I like coming here as it is close to my house. However, Sunday morning's the young girl can be very late. Today I left after 45 minutes. They open at 7. She is frequently late, seems always to be Sundays, 10 minutes or so. No respect for others time. They should schedule her on a morning when maybe she has not been out all night? I've been coming here for several years. Today I had the experience with one of the washers not extracting all the water from the clothes in the spin cycle. The clothes came out of the washer very, very wet, much more so than usual. I explained the situation to the attendant and asked for a free dry cycle given the circumstances (worth something like 35 cents). She flatly refused and insinuated rudely that I was trying to scam the laundromat and that no other customers complained about the washer. Really unforgivable customer service. Not a bad laundromat pretty clean inside only have been here twice and we drive about 20 minutes to get here. Not too happy about having to pay to dry when so many places offer free dry with the wash but it's one of the better places in the area. read more

Overall, great laundromat. New machines and a great cashless system. Much better than the alternatives in the area. Keep in mind, you'll pay a little more here. One thing that was kind of a downer, one of their machines kept getting an error message and it wouldn't drain my laundry, therefore I couldn't dry it. The first time, the attendant gave me a free wash in the same machine, so that I could get the machine through the extraction cycle. Same deal, error message and it didn't extract the water. The second time, the attendant made me pay as if somehow it was my fault. Not so, I loaded the machine properly and expect it to work properly. Bad move. Otherwise, I recommend this place. read more

THE CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT IN THE AREA. This place is clean, well-maintained and with excellent customer service. I stopped in to wash a few comforters. I don't routinely do my laundry at a laundromat but have in years past when I lived in an apartment. This place is as good as it gets. The machines were clean, and functioned well. Any machine needing repair service was clearly marked as such. The owner was happy to help me as the machines require a prepaid card rather than quarters. Since I only had 1 load I paid her directly and she used her card for the machine. I plan to return to wash the rest of my comforters. You won't find anything better than this. Plenty of seating and large screen TVs. Ice cream and minigolf next door. read more

I spend approximately $400/mo on laundry because I'm a vintage clothing dealer. I've been going to this place, when I'm in PA, for about 3 years. It's expensive versus others but for me convenience is a higher priority. An issue has occurred here before but I was do busy I couldn't say for certain. But today I had a tee that did not need stain removal. It was just extremely wrinkled so I decided to wash so it looked good. Washed fine (I inspect between wash and dryer to determine which tees I had successfully or unsuccessfully removed stains from). When tee came out of dryer RUST STAINS on back. It wasn't a super valuable tee only worth about $30. But it did have custom hand done chain stitch embroidery so it's not replaceable. I showed the attendant what happened. I honestly only expected an apology and a promise to remove the rust from dryers. Instead.... SHE LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID "I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS". I came here to do a quick set of laundry during my visit down here, and the experience was great. Very nice woman that worked here and was more than happy to help me with any issues or confusions I had. It's very clean in here and the layout of the place makes it very easy for you to find your way around. Their card system is simply genius. I haven't tried out their drop off service, but my family down here has been going to them since they opened, and they absolutely love it. Their clothes are always cleaned and ready on time, and they have never had any problems. The prices are very reasonable considering how advanced and high quality the washing machines are. Overall, the service is amazing here and if I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular here. read more
