Occasionally, I've had to ask them to revisit missed areas. They always handle it with a smile and an apology, which I really appreciate, but it would be nice not to have to check behind them. With a car wash on every corner now, this is the one closest to my house. There is another one being built across the street, which i think is a waste, but i guess if the demand is there, so be it. There isn't anything inherently great or unique about this carwash, still expensive and usually would rather do it myself in less time. You drive into a parking spot and have access to two vacuums to do general cleaning and also get in the hard to reach places, loads of really useful microfiber towels, glass cleaner sprays, air gun to blow out stuff in air vents and such, machines that wash & dry floor mats (pretty good too!). The staff was kind, helpful and friendly (I had an issue getting my car onto the rails and they were patient, nice). I'll be back! She told me the problem was fix.. nope. So for the third time to day I went back. She acted very contrite and non apologetic that I had to make three trips to fix her mistake. If you're not nice to your customers someone else will be. I ask for her supervisors number and she scribbled it on a piece of paper and hand it to me and walked away. My favorite part was the mat wash machine - they only had one working at the time I went, but it was worth waiting for others to finish! Today I checked my credit card and saw they've still been charging me every month. I called corporate at (706) 938-0991, and they told me to speak with the location. When I went in person, the manager was rude, refused to refund me, and told me to call corporate again. I even called corporate standing right in front of him, and both sides kept pushing the issue onto each other. No one took responsibility. After reading reviews, this seems to be a pattern: people being charged after canceling, being signed up without permission, and being denied refunds. I've filed a complaint with the CFPB. Check your bank statements.

The the door was left dirty and the interior of the windows were smeary. I was in a small suv and it appeared that they did not vacuum the back cargo area. The car interior was not horribly dirty to begin with, with only a few areas needing attention. I couldn't really notice much of a difference after the wash. The workers were very polite and kind but did not do a good job. I will not be going there again!
