After scouring the internet for a competitively priced wash and fold (RIP Premium Fold, they were my go to), I found Laundry Express. They are a bit on the pricey side ($1.95/lb min. 25 pounds, including pickup and drop off services), but considering it's going to East Haven, I understand. They are great with communication and following directions, texting or calling along every step of the process. The driver, Pat, was super friendly and handled everything with care. I wish I could have tipped him (no cash) but next time! My clothes came back in water-resistant bags and wrapped in plastic bags so they didn't get wet due to the impending rain. They definitely do everything with care. I would happily use them again.

They would cheat you into signing a paper before you wash. Don't sign it, because this get them off responsibility if they ruin your clothes. The lady there was really rude. She would appear nice when you first go there to cheat you into using them, but when your clothes get ruined, she would appear how she really is: she would screaming to customers and even push them away and say out out. I paid $100 to wash my clothes and then my clothes got ruined. I didn't get any compensation for that or any reimburse on the cleaning fee. And I was treated really bad. The whole place was a scam. My best advice is to stay away from it!
