Absolutely horrible service center. They are never fully staffed. You can be the first one here…read morebefore the shop is open and the guy always says "my guys are out on a call so it gonna be a minute" well that minute always turns into several hours. I only use these people over here if it's my only option. This service shop needs to be shut down. I came here one time and they "repaired" an airbag on my truck and 75 miles down the road, the airbag completely fell off ON THE GROUND....literally. Called these folks and they acted oblivious and illiterate to what happened. After several calls to corporate, I finally received my money back because of the mistake by their makeshift mechanic made. Another time I came here for a tire change and they forgot to put l the lug nuts on my tire after the so called repair. When I called and complained, I was told "our guy forgot". How the hell do you forget or loose lug nuts for a tire, which could have been a horrible accident if the tire would have came off. I would avoid the shop here at Loves in Channahon, Illinois on Bluff Road because I truly believe they are unsafe and need additional training, If you do use them, please have someone else check their work because it could possibly save your life and the lives of others if your truck is not repaired correctly.

This place seemed to have a lot of people not only because it is a truck stop, but literally everyone else uses it too... so there was a line, but I didn't really care. The cashier seemed hurried and seemed to be missing one vital component- customer service! I would recommend increasing staffing to meet the demands of this stop so the one cashier on duty with a line 6 deep doesn't feel so overwhelmed. Great location off the interstate!

The BP on Ridge Rd in Minooka is about what you'd expect. They have a decent size number of gas…read morepumps. The minimart is really nice with lots of food and drinks selections. When I came in, the coffee was just being made fresh. They were also fresh sandwiches and salads. I was staying at a nearby hotel and came here several times for food and treats. I also noticed there were two attendance working, which helped the lines move quickly. Mind you, this was on a Sunday morning and somewhat busy.

This Speedway accommodates more fuel stations, truck fueling stations to compete with the other gas stations. Comparably they have the best gas prices in the area too. By my house, I live 5 miles away from this location. The nearest gas stations are charging between $2.19 - $2.29 a gallon... I come here and I'm only paying $1.82 a gallon! No promo codes, no hooplah, no gimmicks! It is cheaper if you do pay with cash. They have great deals, friendly staff, definitely reccomend bringing a Speedway card, this store offers alot to customers. Will be coming here way more. Easy access to route 6, and I-55 North and South
