The staff was very friendly and provided suggestions on other stops to make in the area. You can walk to the boardwalk that is against the canal and read some of the signboards and markers.

She was very accommodating and pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was great. For example, when she realized my mom was using a rollator, she made the recommendation to move our room close to the elevator. My family has stayed at this location numerous times and said Felicia has always been great and amazing for years. Amanda also was amazing. They have to guys that work there that need to work on their personalities. I had to call maintenance because of a leak but it was addressed immediately. The breakfast each morning was very good. Unlike many similar properties, the management and staff understand their mission and their purpose. When you arrive, expect to be greeted and treated like a welcome guest. The common areas are clean and very functional. There's only one elevator, so be patient. The rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and you'll never find yourself in a room that isn't ready for you with maintenance issues. If for some reason you do have a problem, you'll find a friendly staff ready to ensure you are satisfied and happy. Be prepared to be treated well and appreciated.
