I think had I gone with cheapest bids, I would have been disappointed. Before agreeing on that project though, I had Eagle create the gate, it was very reasonably priced; it was the project I used to develop trust and assess their quality of work. With two projects done, I'll be having them back out in the fall to focus on another area.

I went with the less expensive option as I didn't need the entire fence rebuilt as it was still in good condition. His availability was within a week or so and I was happy with the scheduling. His pricing is competitive and he does quality work. I had a set of fence that was leaning towards a side after the storms and it did not have enough concrete in the posts. Since the posts were still in good condition, the concrete had to be re-poured in all of the posts, The work was done correctly and this fence should withstand some wind in the future. I will keep using Fernando again for all my fencing needs since he does good work, is responsive, and follows through.

We also had specific quality requirements, such as using a post-on-pipe installation to avoid wood rot. After reaching out to Sky Fence and 5 other well-known Seattle companies, only Sky Fence said they could meet our custom design and quality needs. The other companies offered a range of prices for lower-quality fences, while Sky Fence provided a single quote with the highest standards at a competitive price. Using a few sketches we provided, Sky Fence built a beautiful fence that matched our requirements perfectly. Jacob and his team did an amazing job, even installing the fence on top of a concrete wall. Communication throughout the process was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with the work they delivered. Finding skilled people in Seattle is hard, but occasionally you find some amazing people. My only complaint is about the contract. It was hard to read, lacked detail, included stock photos that didn't match our design, and had no itemization--just a final price. It felt like signing a promise to build what we asked for, thereby taking a leap of faith, which made me a bit uneasy. Still, Sky Fence absolutely delivered, and I would hire them again without hesitation. A few before and after photos attached. The crew arrived on time, we didn't have to baby sit them. They finished the job cleanly and went away. Second time, we had to call them to repair a metal fence damaged by a fallen tree. This time, they just asked for pictures, they gave me a range over email and scheduled their crew. The crew had all the material and they finished super fast. They could have asked us any money and we would have paid because we had open house that weekend. Instead, they focused on solving the problem and got out as fast as they can so avoid any negative impression on realtors showing the house.
