This is a landscaping company that has incompetent illegal workers who my HOA hired to repair concrete where there lack of trade experience left my main perimeter of neighborhood discolored and blantenly smeared fresh concrete over aged concrete all along the walk way through the residences. I was assured by my connections in the construction network in affiliated with that it'll take years for the obvious discoloration to look normal again. Again, it was wet dripped concrete onto old concrete by landscapers not trade certified concrete workers and that is the issue not the actual discolored repaired areas im speaking of.

The dishwasher has power and makes noises, which can fool any inspection, but water does not runs through the appliance properly. Dishwasher soap literally petrifies after it is inserted and the appliance cycles. Upon notifying the VA property group of the details, I was immediately confronted with defensive chatter and I could not even describe my issue. Rather than simply having my issue addressed by a professional, I was given disrespect. Something tells me it will be a battle to retrieve any of our security deposit. The appliances in the kitchen are very old none are fully functional. This was annotated on the initial move-in inspection, yet nothing has been done or acknowledged. This is my first time renting, I have owned several homes, just not in VA, and rented them as well. We just moved here from Florida to pursuit new careers and had little knowledge of housing in the area. I rented housing in Blacksburg, VA as a student 16 years ago that were in better shape with better management services. Virginia property group has demonstrated nothing less than predatory landlord behavior thus far.
