Put the burden on their customers with changing account numbers (had to update all auto-pay bills), pulled funds from savings instead of checking, charged a dormant account fee every month despite multiple transactions, then did not credit until the following month, sometimes not at all. Could not pull statements online for weeks. Different explanations from branch staff and the customer service line (if you don't get hung up on after 45 minutes on hold....). It's literally the case that a transaction that I have made hundreds of times at different branches, I can not make here. I have avoided this branch precisely for that reason; I went in today because it was the closest branch open and it was a big mistake. Up until that point I had tons of debt from various credit card companies. It was tough to pay them all foen due to the high interest rates. Joe was able to do a balance transfer, consolidate my debt to a new line of credit that was interest free for like a year and a half. Solved everything and I'm debt free due to a random phone call. Thanks citizens. Aside from this, all the tellers are extremely polite and pretty cute too. They always make a point to welcome the customer with a smile. Even when there are long lines they periodically say "thanks for your patience!" Which makes me a little less irritated that I'm stuck standing in line at the bank.
