There was ample parking and the main entrance is hard to see from the front - it's at the right wing of the back side of the building. When I came in, I stood by an empty receptionist desk and after a couple of minutes, a student asked what I was here for and I explained that I had an appointment. He told me to take a seat and I waited for about 15 minutes until what looked like the owner came in and I took the initiative to repeat that I was here for a hair appointment. She ushered me into the salon area and a student promptly started on my hair. The student was very detailed and had a good balance of taking client considerations for the procured hairstyle in addition to their personal input of what would be the most visually-appealing based on my headframe. The haircut service itself took about 50 minutes, including a blow dry. It was a pretty basic trim but I think the simple look matched what I was envisioning. Checkout appeared to be cash-only. Luckily I had the cash on hand, because when I tried to pull out my credit card, the owner had let me know then that she only took cash. I can't find any official communications outside of their Facebook page, so it would be nice if their appointment and checkout guidelines were more apparent. In terms of the atmosphere, it feels very home-like, like a home away from home. All of the students and staff spoke Vietnamese and it seemed like the fluency ranged from beginner to conversational English, so I didn't experience any language barriers. There's lo-fi music playing in the background and there were two kids roaming around the salon area. Overall, I feel like this experience was a learning curve for me. I could see myself going here again, but maybe after they are able to provide more structure to the experience.

I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. I apologized multiple times and took full responsibility for not being prepared. Instead of feeling understood, I felt like the conversation became focused on why I wasn't turning my camera on. The admissions representative repeatedly said she was uncomfortable because my camera was off and continued bringing up that I had already rescheduled once. It made me feel like I was being judged or viewed with suspicion rather than treated as a prospective student. When I explained that I was simply embarrassed about how I looked, I didn't feel like my explanation was acknowledged. I asked if we could reschedule, and although she said she would message me to set up another appointment, I never received any follow-up. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and very unwelcome. I understand professionalism goes both ways, and I accept responsibility for not being camera-ready. However, I also believe there could have been more understanding and empathy in handling the situation.
