I've had lip filler done a few times but this was my first experience with Kristina. The procedure was done on point with absolutely no discomfort and in addition, I had no bruising or major swelling. I could not be happier with my results. My lips turned out looking natural and beautiful. Kristina also worked her magic on another area using Botox on my neck area. I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision prior to just trusting professionals who are supposed to provide proper and professional care. About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so. read more

Staff is unprofessional and rude for no reason. I'm feeling so disappointed with my experience. I had my treatments with 5 different girls in that place and they all had mixed answers to exact questions. After a very unpleasant experience with the store manager the the district manager contacted me apologized for the manager's behavior and told me if I sign waiver to my rights to leave any review I would get 100% refund. I recently moved from LA where I have worked in the medical spa industry. I chose to come to Orange Twist after reading Dr. Grant Stevens was the founder and know how highly regarded he is. Had to say hi to the peeps at OrangeTwist and get my hydrafacial by Terisha. Smells so good, and the place is clean, decorated beautifully and not in your face. Girl at the front was polite, not extremely energetic but had a great smile. For the treatment room- the rooms are pretty large but are warmed up and decorated nicely, lights dim and comfortable temperature, convenient hook for my purse and hanger for my dress, the robe was plush!! Love that it is grey not white! The Hydrafacial was great, not my first one and definitely not my last ... and many more at OrangeTwist, I did a Growth Serum booster to my TX today and that was a good decision. Skin Body Soul used to be here. Skin body soul was AMAZING!!! They had fun little events and always had gift bags and giveaways and the girls that worked there were awesome. Well they got bought out by Orange Twist and now I refuse to go there. Not only do they have terrible membership plans/prices, but clearly they care more about getting money than keeping/caring about the customers. They've had a few little events but they aren't Even fun. Basically everyone stands around waiting to find out if they won the raffle and you can only enter if you buy something that is at least $200, unlike skin body soul who let anyone enter the raffle as long as they showed up, as well as gave out gift bags with cute goodies. Orange twist does have snacks and drinks at their events but it seems like the point of the event is to get money out of everyone instead of Skin Body Soul which did events to get people to enjoy themselves and feel good about the place the customers are spending the money at. The only good thing about this place is the services they offer. But even the doctors are snobby. BRING BACK SKIN BODY SOUL PLEASE!!!!! I do not enjoy coming to the snobby orange twist. read more

I tend to be a nervous nelly and they do such a great job of calming your nerves even if it's for a simple facial. Terisha Shea is my go to for everything, she's super patient with me and is very thorough. She's the center Director so she's very knowledgeable about all their products and procedures. She lets you know when specials are coming up and being a member totally helps out with getting the best deals possible. If I had one complaint is that we moved and now Bellevue is pretty far if possible a location in Tacoma would be fantastic! I'd go a million times more often! Don't recommend the Lipo laser as it doesn't work; been going twice a week for more than 6 mths but nothing changed. She literally has the attitude of a high school brat working at McDonald's, even though I tipped her $20 every single time. I went there for laser hair removal and after 9 treatments I STILL have hair all over my back. Complete waste of time and money. I told the technician I was not happy with my results and she did nothing to improve the situation. I found out on my second to last visit (from a different technician who was new, an actual doctor, and AWESOME) that the laser had two higher settings than what I had been getting. So freaking obvious that the previous lady should have bumped it up after my complaints, but no, that would have required caring and the tiniest bit of effort. Stay away! read more

I went in for a hydrafacial last week with Eliana. First, I love that Orange Twist is not at the mall and there's plenty of parking. Since it was my first time I paid attention to the interior and it was really pretty. There's so much natural light that the place feels fresh and clean. It also smelled like orange zest; the essential oil they use is not overwhelming at all and was refreshing. Previous reviews stated unfriendly staff, but it looks like a whole new team and they are all about customer satisfaction. The room for my hydrafacial was spotless, large and had the same orange zest smell. I have to admit I napped for a bit during the process. Other hydrafacials I have received in the past left me a little red and blotchy for a time after so I was expecting the same. However Eliana finished and my skin was literally glowing! Eliana is clearly incredibly talented at her job. She answered all my questions about the procedure and products with patience and expertise. I will definitely continue my facial regime with Eliana.
