I used Yelp to find a company to clean gutters at a house we were buying. The interior of the house had been beautifully redone, but the exterior hadn't been maintained. The gutters were overflowing with debris and we thought they should be cleaned before the winter snow set in. Jon from Rizzo Residential responded quickly, gave a thorough written estimate and detailed description of the work to be completed, and was able to do the work a few days later. He sent a copy of his insurance so the house seller felt comfortable allowing us to have the gutters cleaned before closing. Rizzo did a great job cleaning the gutters, sent photos to show the cleaning and the spots that need further attention, and added advice about how to manage and maintain the gutters going forward. This was a fantastic experience all the way through! Jon was the first to respond to me and had fantastic communication. Came out same day to look at some unique features of our house/roof and provided a quote quickly! The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. He was able to get me on the schedule for later in the week for both gutter and window cleaning. I will mention that I've never needed gutter cleaning before, but my husband and I have had window cleaning done at our old condo and Jon's window cleaning was hands down the best I've seen yet. I mentioned that we were checking out the gutters for the first time since we recently moved into the home and he even threw in a free gutter inspection with photos and everything! Jon was first to respond with a fair quote, accommodating with scheduling, arrived early, and performed a more thorough gutter cleaning than any previous service I'd used. I ended up adding window and solar panel cleaning and everything he touched looks great--I know this because he photographed his work from a number of different angles in addition to providing a write-up on the condition of our gutters which aligned with my expectations. Of note, I had added a special request to tread lightly around the many plantings we have around the house. No noticeable trace of ladders or footprints anywhere. Finally, I personally appreciated being able to conduct virtually every aspect of our transaction online, including invoicing and payment.
