Two quotes were close while the third was significantly more expensive. We have a large ranch house that has an enormous roof with an attached garage. Yahaira reached out to me and provided a quote. After many questions, which she answered quickly and directly, I decided to choose Q and Q Services. Juan from Q and Q gave a timeline that was two weeks shorter than the others to start the job. As promised, his crew was there within a week to start the job. The roof went up within three days. The crew started early in the morning and worked tirelessly into the night. The gutters needed to be replaced, and Juan provided a very reasonable quote. The gutters were done the next day. Yahaira would check in with me to see how the project was proceeding.
