It seems like the other bad reviews were accurate in that they will ghost you, but I guess it depends on your luck - if you're one of the lucky ones that they'll show up to do a great job for as the other great reviews stated. So happy to be writing this updated review! I got a call shortly after my negative experience from Zach and he took full responsibility for his actions. And he didn't just say sorry and hang up. When I tell you he apologized it's because he sincerely took accountability and I could hear it in his voice that it was truly a heartfelt apology. And what I didn't expect is that he offered to make things right, in fact he asked if I would give him and his business a second chance, which you rarely hear from small business owners especially after receiving a customer complaint. He was very pleasant and the price was quite acceptable and less than other places with similar good reviews. The phone number on their website doesn't work. No one showed up for my appointment. No one responded to email I sent to attempt to contact them. A very irritating experience along with obviously poor customer service. I gave them their +-30 minutes they request due to appointments possibly taking longer, and then some. No one to contact other than the main number listed on their site, and no one has contacted me at all. Blocked out this part of my schedule for nothing I guess. Very very thorough and hard working, worth every penny. I have two dogs so my car was extra dirty and I let them know ahead of time that it had pet hair. Not worth the money. Car was still dirty when Greg just left without saying he was done so we could walk it afterwards. Just sent a text stating the keys were left in the car. He left grime and tire shine on the driveway. We called him to come back to clean the driveway and he refused. He also refused to come back to get the dirt and water spots left on the car unless we paid more money. I was referred to Greg by his cousin so I surely expected more. I didnt hire these guys and probably never will now, I was driving to work down Gilbert on 4/12/22 at around 7:45am and one of the vehicles for this company tried to almost run me off the road. We were passing a school and I was in the left most lane and they were in the middle lane and they didnt even blinker or anything, almost hit me. Justin showed up exactly on time, and did the most careful and thorough clean and detail I have ever seen. He was professional and courteous and took his time making sure to do the job right. I can honestly say my 3 year old car looks better than brand new. Online appointment was a breeze, the cost is comparable to what I would have paid at a free standing car wash- but they came to me, and the final product was absolutely perfect. I honestly struggled w/ this review & its rating. I went from a 4 to a 3 then a 2, but I admit the fluctuation was more reactional than logical. After exchanging e-mails w/ Zach regarding my concerns, & thinking things through, I really could not, in good conscience, give WashMyCar anything but a 4-star. The sole purpose for me was the removal of the stains on my upholstery. My car is 14 years old & has been through years of abuse from hiking & rock climbing & other outdoor activities. Despite my residence being outside of the service area, Zach was quick to respond to my inquiry & willing to work w/ me on setting up a location for the detailing. The young guy who showed up to provide the service, Nick, was quite spectacular. He was extremely polite & funny, & (I think) appreciative of me parking in the shade (service was done a month or so ago) & of my offer to buy him something from AZ Chimney Cakes. (He was servicing the car at the Cinemark on Dobson & Rio Salado, while I was at a movie.) Upon first seeing the vehicle when he was done, I was astonished at how well it looked. The majority of the stains were gone & those that weren't at least were less visible. It wasn't until driving away, with the sun shining on areas more clearly, that I noticed a few items I wasn't particularly overjoyed about. If you see my pictures, the shelf in front of my gauges was not cleaned off, which was odd considering how well he cleaned out the side pocket doors & the drink holder. The other issue was the rear windshield. It looked like someone had spilled something on it; making it cloudy & splattered looking. As I had family visiting, I didn't take the time to do anything about the rear windshield until a couple weeks later. That's when my rating shot down to a 2-star. In my pics, you'll see the black gunk that came off when I tried to clean it, using a micro-fiber & water. When that didn't work, Windex didn't either; soap & water was only slightly better at cleaning it off. This is when I exchanged e-mails w/ Zach. Despite being on vacation w/ his family, he still responded quickly - and after some back & forth communications, we decided on a mutual resolution. Unfortunately, he didn't have any idea what that black crap was ... and my only thought was that the window tinting was degrading. Regardless of the two areas I was unhappy about, since the upholstery was superbly cleaned, I settled on the 4-star rating. You cannot deny their excellent work on that. Now I know that when I get any car detailed again, don't have a squirrel moment. I was so enamored w/ the upholstery, I failed to see the "bad" things. So next time I will look at EVERYTHING closely, and will move the car into the sun, checking it out from every angle, before driving away. :-) But again, for what I wanted done, WashMyCar did the job well & I would use them again. read more

I have to start this off with a few notable things. First, I'm personally wavering between a 3-4 star review, but my husband says 4 stars to be fair so that's what I'm doing. I also have to note that the guy who cleaned our car did say if we were unhappy they'd come back within 7 days. We weren't super happy after seeing the car in full sun (we let him work in our garage since it's so hot out) but also didn't want to try to fit it into our busy schedule to have someone at the house cleaning the car again. I ended up cleaning it a little bit myself to avoid looking at some annoyances daily. I just wanted to provide an alternate view to all the five star reviews because I feel like I can't be the ONLY one who was 100% satisfied. We had these guys out to wash our new to us car. We had bought it from Carvana and it had a bit of a musty smell and a few dirty spots inside the vehicle. Carvana had offered to reimburse us for the detail, otherwise we are generally the kind of people who just do everything ourselves. So I scheduled for washmycar.com to come out the day after the vehicle was delivered. We showed the guy (I feel bad pointing out names so he'll just be "the guy") a couple dirty spots on the inside of the windshield (tape from a label we removed and spray marks from someone previously cleaning, as far as I can tell), plus a couple white marks on the plastic of the vehicle, and noted the smell being our main concern. We said it probably wouldn't take him long to clean and hopefully it would be an easy job for him. He smelled the car and said he did notice the smell too and that since we had him booked for the long cleaning (eco3?) he'd throw in a shampoo to try and get the smell out. Definitely gave us a good impression there. When he finished (about an hour and a half later... Maybe hour and 45 min) the car smelled like shampoo, which is better than musty, for sure. We were inside tiling our bathroom while he was working so we were dirty and really couldn't crawl around inspecting the clean car so we quickly walked it, said it was fine, and paid/tipped him. The next day when we went to drive it somewhere we saw that he hadn't wiped one of the two spots on the front window and the spot that he had wiped still had tape residue. Plus, whatever rag he used to quickly wipe near the tape seriously just left water spots all over a sizeable section of the window. I broke out the Windex and fixed it myself, but I wasn't pleased. We noticed when walking the car that he had been unable to get the paint marks/scuffs off the exterior plastics which was fine because we've since tried and have been unable to as well. We also have noted that spots that were previously dirty or not wiped down, particularly the plastics on the inside of the vehicle, still were not wiped down. The smell inside the car also came back but we don't blame them for that because you never know when smells will or won't be easy to remove and the smell did decrease by half or so. Pretty much, I feel like we would have been equally as happy (if not more) if we just didn't bother with having anyone come out to clean the car. In all fairness, maybe if your car is trashed and not just slightly dirty, then the amount of cleaning will be worthwhile. I am still glad we tried to have a professional get the smell out and it did help a bit. Before he came out and did the work we were talking about scheduling our second vehicle to be cleaned by them too. Afterwards, we decided we'll just hand wash it ourselves. read more

We have never detailed the car since we bought it in 2006. Alan was great! He cleaned inside and out. The tire rims were corroded and he managed a miracle despite their condition! Great job overall on cleaning my two vehicles (Mustang and Explorer). Scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived early (called first to confirm that was OK). Our Explorer was more in need of a 'deep cleaning' inside and out, after many trips moving out of a house. It was super convenient having the vehicles serviced at our home, the pricing was fair for the level of service provided and comparable (if not better) than some of the drop-off car wash based companies we have used in the past. I can't say enough good about this company. They are amazing. I've used them in the past, and they always have done an excellent job, but they really outdid themselves this time. It started with a trip with my dogs to the vet. Well, one of them got sick on the way home, and to say the least, my car was a mess. I decided to contact Wash My Car; not sure if they would be able to get my seats clean as I tried the best I could to no avail. I emailed Wash My Car, and within probably 5 or 10 minutes, I received an email back. I explained what had happened, and the owner asked me to send him pictures of the seats so he could better assess the situation. He assured me he would be able to get the seats clean. I made an appointment online, which was so easy to do; I could choose what day and time worked best for me. On the day of the appointment, he sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. I was returning my lease so needed to have my car cleaned and presentable, trying to make sure they don't get you with excessive wear charges, so I called in for an appointment. I was happy to see that there was an opening the very next day, so I scheduled the basic with a couple of small add-ons, which is still very well priced. Justin showed up fully equipped! I just gave him my keys and he got to work. Justin went above and beyond in making sure that everything was cleaned to perfection. I booked this company after seeing a post on a Chandler Facebook page. They showed up at my house on time as well as texting me beforehand to make sure I still wanted my car cleaned on a windy cloudy day. They were here for about an hour and a half. My car was super clean, smelled nice, and all of the dog hair in the backseat is gone. I have a very fluffy dog that goes on car rides with me all the time. When I take my car to a car wash, they can never get the dog hairs out. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.
