Then today we get a text and email from corporate saying there was a miss and our monthly fee is being INCREASED! I am losing it, no matter how many times you call the corporate number you do not get called back or get in contact with a person to speak with. This is completely ridiculous. Good value for the cost and the bays are typically clean and in good working condition. Unfortunately, the last two times I was there, the wax option on the selector switch resulted in a piss-like sputtering of wax that never pressurized. I waited about one minute while spraying what little wax was coming out onto my truck only to give up after it completely petered out. This meant more time added (+$) to rinse off the wasted effort. I look forward to the wax option every time as I have an older truck with good paint. This is a good add-on while in between full details. Hopefully they'll get this issue fixed, otherwise I may have to find an alternative. Not a fan of drive thru washes. They scratch your paint and never really get the dirt off.

They pre washed it more than other places I have been to in the past. I preceded to drive through the car wash. They did have two men that dried the cars off. I usually just dry that car myself. I liked that upgrade. I also asked for a vacuum cleaning coin. The coin was for 4 minutes so I suggest you have everything organized before putting the coin in. It came with my $8 car wash. I would give this location 5 stars but the vacuum cleaner suction was very weak. I think it would be a great value if the vacuum cleaners were stronger.

This is the third time I have contacted this company to stop charging me.  The employee told me they could credit me for one month, but I explained that I wanted to verify my car wash package had been completely canceled. He kept repeating that they could credit me for one month. The issue, according to him, was that there were two cars on the plan and only one had been canceled. I asked him, "How can I cancel my plan and still have a car remaining on the plan?" He responded by saying both cars had to be canceled separately. I told him that made no sense because I canceled the entire membership in which both cars were on, not just one vehicle. At that point, a young employee interrupted the conversation and said, "You're just not listening to what he's saying." I told him I was listening and that he should stay out of the conversation because I wasn't speaking to him. I told him to fuck off, which I should not have said But his tone was so bad the words just came out. He then proceeded to tell me to "fuck off." After that, the gentleman I had originally been speaking with told me I needed to leave. I told him I've been listening to you, but you're not listening to me, Once again, he told me I need to leave now. This company operates in a very dishonest way, and I honestly don't think I've ever dealt with a business this dishonest and condescending. For the record, I originally canceled my membership because the quality of the car wash was poor.  I'm not sure this behavior by either employee is condoned by management but if they're ever wondering why their business is failing, they don't have to look too far.

I went to Clean Freak Car Wash and was hoping to be able to get the paint off. The assistant manager John was AMAZING!!! He went out of his way to come to my car and help me get the paint off. He got all of the paint off of paint on my car and the plastic part at the bottom of the car!!! I tried to give him money for his hard work and he wouldn't accept any. Another lady pulled in who had also hit the same paint spill and he cleaned her car too. What a nightmare and not what I had planned for the day, but John made it all work out and I was able to make all of my following appointments since I didn't have to spend hours scrubbing paint off my car. The one thing I truly appreciate is a dry towel which is always available. Quick quack, constantly folds and reuses the towels they're always damp and leave streaks everywhere. When I scanned the coupon, the worker directing cars told me to pull forward and said if I wanted to upgrade it would be $4. I went inside to pay for the upgrade, but the employee at the counter told me the coupon had already been used. Since I had never used it before, I asked to speak with the manager. He said it was probably a mistake when they handed the coupons out at the festival, but told me I would have to pay $28 for the wash. The interaction felt very rude and dismissive, which was frustrating since the issue clearly wasn't my fault. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to let me upgrade for the $4, but he rudely grabbed the coupon out of my hand and said, "I better take this." The whole experience left a bad impression. To make matters worse, after all of that they didn't even give me the air freshener that I paid for. Overall, the wash itself was fine, but the customer service and how the situation was handled really took away from the experience.

They called me out after 30 mins and my interior has not been touched at all and the exterior still had streaks and dust all over it. I asked and they agreed to clean the interior. Once again called out 10 mins later and still nothing had changed. At this point it has been 45 mins and I didn't want to argue so I asked for a refund. The manager Brandon aggressively argued with me and I explained my situation being a long time customer, he told me to go online and cancel my membership.. absolutely insane customer service. I'm officially cancelling, I hope the owner sees this and talks with the staff. And sees how many poor reviews they receive. Your staff is killing your business.
