There I noticed a large dent in the left front quarter panel of the vehicle. I called Wheely Clean and some one actually answered and said they would meet me back at the car wash to view the damage. The attendant I met with said she would take pictures of the damage and would forward them to the owner. At some point she stated that she did not believe that the car wash did the damage to the vehicle. Long story short at the end of our conversation I asked when I could expect to here back from the owner and she never really answered eventually stating that she did not know. I picked it up yesterday, January 24th, and to show me their thanks for choosing their shop, I expected them to throw in some courtesy perks for my patience and loyalty. The first thing that I noticed when I pulled into the parking lot and saw My Gladiator was that it wasn't washed. I was so happy that my truck was ready and they were so grateful that they left it dirty. No courtesy car wash. Here you go sir, just like you gave it to us! Next, as soon as I got into my truck, the windshield washer fluid was low. Thanks for topping me off fellas! You know what would've been nice? Top off my fluids! I was left with less than a quarter tank of fuel too when I picked it up. I would have hoped that someone test driving my truck would realize that this truck has been in our shop for over a month. I stepped into my truck that I haven't been inside of it for over a month and noticed that it wasn't vacuumed, pressed the ignition and saw that I needed windshield washer fluid and fuel. As I cycled through the diagnostics, the oil change indicator said that my oil life was about 20%. Although I have my truck back and it appears to run normally, the kick in the ass is that I was treated with indifference and not like someone who matters. Mr. Phil Neessen, please don't let your staff treat people like they treated me. Opening a door on the way out shouldn't be the best your people can do, it should be the least they can do. I paid a lot of money for my truck and I don't need to feel so disrespected when I have a problem.

I had wax running down the emblems on the front and the back - easily seen - but left. The bumpers were still laden with dirt and dust. The inside was vacuumed and left with the mats still dirty. Overall the service sucked. The guy did not even come out to go over my truck with me. My truck is 6 months old and has 7k miles on it. It's new and it is easy to see what a lousy job they did. I will not go back. My 10 year old grandson does a better job of helping me clean my truck. I'll give him $50 in the future for his half of the work. Do not go here for your car wash / Detail needs. You will be disappointed.
