Wow, what a fantastic experience! Barber plumbing was extremely courteous and very efficient. We booked this company based off of a friends recommendation and we were not disappointed. Josh came out and repaired both of our toilets very quickly, and he was very knowledgeable. We told him what was happening and he knew exactly what needed to be done. We had a leak under our house that was caused by improper ceiling of the wax ring underneath our toilet. He pulled both toilets off. Replaced both rings and replaced the broken handles that supplied the water to them. I felt he was very reasonably priced. We were charged $325 for parts and labor. We called Dave Barber Plumbing, a smaller family-owned company, on the recommendation of a neighbor. We found a leaking outdoor spigot upon returning from an extended trip. Josh and his partner came out quickly, put in a home pressure reducer and replaced all defective parts. Our water pressure was found to be 85 pounds which was putting excessive force on all our pipes. Now, it's a normal 51 lbs. Thank you. I was quoted a price of $2000 and told that my job was going to be difficult including cutting the pipe under the house installing a bigger pipe and cutting through slate tile. They left my job for over an hour after getting a call that there was a problem on another job. They did not have to cut pipe because there was already a splice with a cap on it. They used a gas hose that cost $52 instead of a pipe. In fact, they only had to install about 20 feet of this hose. They told me they were going to use three-quarter inch but they only used half inch. They did not have to cut through the slate tile. The actual work took about 30 minutes and I was still charged $2000. when I asked for an itemized bill, I was ghosted. If you use this company, Get an itemized written estimate and research those parts to see what they cost. I was considering using them to put in a French drain that was going to cost $6000 but now they will not get my money for that, I will go somewhere else. read more

We had a leak below ground at the hydrant used for our garden at our place in Vernon. David and his son were amazing. They wear company shirts with the motto "we got this!" And they certainly did. Not only did they dig a 4 ft. Deep hole to get to the problem but when they got there they had to break up concrete to release the pipe at the trouble spot. Denny from David Barber Plumbing came out and looked at my mothers plumbing issues due to a recommendation from a friend and was able to fix the majority of them on the spot. The cracked toilet tank had to wait til Monday, but the house has multiple bathrooms so that's not a big deal, but the cost was also quite a bit less than we were expecting! Would definitely recommend this group to anyone with plumbing problems. read more

Dave Barber was hired in March 2022 to install a septic tank for our new home in Lakeside. For months, we have tried to contact him as to when he will finish the job, as all we have right now is a hole in the ground and a plastic septic tank thrown in; no soil preparation or leveling and very poor workmanship. Mr. Barber evidently got a project that paid allot more and abandoned us. Its such a disappointment to see a so-called man of God with the business practice of "Money over Morality". This type of unethical fraudulent business practice does not belong here. read more
