I will highly recommend Waste Pro. our subdivision had difficulties with our gates and were unable to pick up our trash on the destinated day. I spoke to Mr. Detavius Searcy of waste pro who personally came to our subdivision the next day and picked up our trash. This is going above and beyond the realm of his job, because he could have easily told us to wait until the regular trash day pick up, but instead he personally came and picked up the trash! I will not even consider doing business for a company whose sales people go around neighborhoods COMPLETELY IGNORING THE NO SOLICITING SIGN at the head of the neighborhood. I have had wastepro USA - North Georgia Haulers division for about 9 months and they are TERRIBLE!!!! They are supposed to pick up on Thursday and at least 6 times in the past 9 months, they just don't pick up the trash. Then leaving me with 2 weeks worth of trash accumulated. It is ridiculous. When our contract was moved from Republic to Waste Pro, the trash pickup service stopped entirely. It's been a nightmare ever since. Despite calling Waste Pro multiple times and following up every day, nothing has been resolved. After weeks of frustration, I finally canceled my service. I moved to Cape Coral in early October 23'. Since then I have been waiting and calling Waste Pro Ft Myers asking them to deliver trash and recycle containers and nothing. Today is Sunday and now that the weather has warmed up, my front yard smells like a landfill because of my and my neighbors uncollected trash cans cooking in the heat. So I have had Waste Pro for several years. They were once CCS which sold the business to Waste Pro. I can say CCS was a much better servicer and a smaller family owned business. Now here's my dilemma. My pick up day is Wednesday. I put my trash out on Tuesday 5/18. It is now 5/25 and no service to date. I called on Thursday 5/20 and spoke with customer service. I was on hold for over an hour. When the young lady finally answered, I gave her my service address and she told me "they have been having internal issues". I said I understand especially during Covid everything has changed. She then mentioned " if they are not there by Friday they will be there on Monday". I asked if she was sure and she said yes. I know things happen but 1 week is far too long. So I attempted to call yesterday 5/24 and was on hold for get this- 2hrs and 22 minutes. I hung up the call In error. What a waste of time. Now I don't blame the receptionist answering the phone. I'm sure she has her hands tied. I blame the entire management staff fully. You should have accountability to ALL of your customers and you don't. I pay you quarterly prepaid, at $54.00. I've had you since you took over CCS and today 5/25 I'm done. No excuses, no we are sorry, no we have internal issues. I'm done and so is my neighbor for that matter as she goes by my recommendations when we are not happy with a service. This company is horrible! They miss picking my trash up on my pick up day consistently and some weeks they don't pick it up at all. My pick up day is Wednesday, and I called on a Friday because my trash had not been picked up. The representative said that they were running behind on that route due to staffing shortages, so he scheduled a pickup for the following Monday. Today is Tuesday and the trash still hasn't been picked up. I've called several times since Friday, but I've had to hang up after waiting for a representative for 30+ minutes. If I could give NO stars I WOULD! Honestly the WORST trash service in the world. It is Wednesday now 07/08/2020, which is our normal weekly pick up day. Well, I put out our trash on 06/30/2020 the night BEFORE the normal day of pickup. When they did not pick up I figured "let me give them till Thursday" I call on 07/02/20 at 1:06pm Very sweet woman said they are in route to pick up our trash...they did not. I call Friday 07/03/20 at 9:44am "oh I am so sorry ma'am we will have someone come out today!"...Nobody shows, I then call 3 TIMES AT 5:10PM I have been sent to voicemail. I give them the weekend and call again on Monday 07/06/20 at 12:37pm I am sent to dispatch where I am told to leave a voicemail, which I do and 2 hours later I have no returned call. I call again at 2:30 I am told my information will be sent to a manager and they will come out on Tuesday for pick up that would be almost a whole other week. I say "ok least someone will be coming" .. yeah right. I call Tuesday 07/07/20 to confirm our trash will be picked up. I am sent to dispatch where a woman says "when it rains it pours" nonchalantly. I say "That is NOT an excuse when people pay for a service they expect it to be done right" "Well we cannot come out today, you are scheduled for your regular pick up on Wednesday 07/08/2020" I say "Yes it has now been two weeks of trash sitting at our curb in the heat of atlanta.. As a person that was working there at 4785 fulton industrial blvd there was a lot of health violations for one they had bobcats and forklifts and tractors inside letting out black smoke and workers couldn't breathe at times with no ventilation inside the building rats everywhere pooping and peeing on trash that we had to handle without proper facemasks that we should of had and sometimes chemicals we inhale and the supervisor didn't supply the workers with tissue or soap most of the time for the restrooms.I don't see how somebody let this supervisor run there warehouse and don't care about the workers and he want the workers too dig in trash in witch i almost suck myself with a use needle what was hiding in the trash while i was digging in i found knives and wood with nails hiding in this trash and when i tried to talk to him about this he let me go i don't think they should play with people health like that and i think that this supervisor should be dealt with read more
