Very poor service. I have to reset the equipment at least every other day to get our internet to work. They used to be ok, but they've really gone downhill. They no longer have technical support after 8 PM, and even when they are open, they are not of much use. Our Internet has currently been down for 3 days (At least). We returned home from vacation and it has been down ever since. I've called every day and still haven't received any answers. One person said there's an outage, another person said there's not any outages. But regardless, paying $100 a month for Internet, we should not be going three days without any service at all, and not received any answers. I've left voicemails, emails, no one has called back, and when I do speak to people, they barely say anything. Our area is limited On Internet providers, but it's time for me to shop around that's for sure. read more

Day 29 of no internet from Watch. They finally set a technician out to fix it today. Who did some stuff and left without it being fixed. Called to ask about it more than an hour before their tech support line closes because we hadn't heard anything back from them by the end of business today and we've been on hold for 45 mins. I'mma assume no ones going to pick up and they're just going to leave us on hold until tech support line closes. Which is pretty par for the course in how we've been treated so far. We're probably going to cancel but our apt has given them a monopoly so our only other options are sh!tty mobile internet. But hey, at least thats better than no connection! read more

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of using. At no point in the 10+ months of using Watch communications internet service have I had reliable service. They will not allow you to use your own router, set your own network name, or change your own password. The router provided will likely also be ancient and poor quality. Their online ticketing system is broken and does nothing. Their support line routinely takes 90+ minutes to get ahold of someone, and there is a 90% chance the support can do nothing. The shortest time to get someone on the line was 45 minutes, and the longest was 3+ hours. The actual support staff are nice, but theyre clearly overworked and undertrained. Most likely they will create an internal ticket you will never hear about again. In May 2026 I had no internet service for 30 days, the whole month of May. At no point did anyone reach out to me, or attempt to proactively assist me. The service will routinely go out for anywhere between 30 minutes and 10 hours if it decides to come back on. However they will gladly take your money and be sure to let you know when thats due. They will say you will get a bill credit for the poor service. That is a lie, and you will receive nothing. Their prices are also high compared to other providers, which they know. I pay 90$ currently for the 500 mgbs plan, which is often 0 mgbs because its broken. They rely on the fact they are the sole providers in multiple areas to make any money. If you have ANY other options for service I implore you to use them. Spectrum, AT&T, fast carrier pigeon, anything is better than Watch communications. 0/5 stars, avoid at any cost if possible. read more

These people sold their souls for pennies. They do not have any revenue. They do not have enough money to pay employees or the tower owners. Grass is up to 8 feet tall at the sites they own because they can't even afford to get it cut. They fired my buddy who worked here with me for 4 years to save 50 cents. He had just had a newborn and they fired him a week before Christmas and kept this 21 year old moron. They do not care at all. Get a different provider because these guys will not last another year. I will be leaving soon and have a job lined up so I no longer care. When I leave they will be devastated. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. You have to wait an hour or more on hold EVERY SINGLE TIME. I havent had wifi for 2 weeks and they still tell me to "unplug and plug back in". THAT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE PROBLEM. Then when I ask if someone can come out here to see it, it's a week or more wait time. It's barely halfway through 2025 and i've called tech support 27 times and kept my call logs of how many times ive called, how long we had to wait, how long we have gone without wifi, etc.. They can never tell me how much money I will get back either when I make a complaint. Terrible experience. I can't wait until my area can get other wifi. If I could leave a 0 I would in a heart beat. I was lied to when I told them I hadnt received my router yet after a week and half waiting. They then told me it was still sitting there ready to be shipped out. I told tech support that I am an online teacher and need internet. NO ONE misses 3 weeks of work and still has a job. I needed service and it was no big deal to them. They scheduled me for a tech visit 2 weeks and 4 days out for service. I have officially dropped them as my provider and will have quicker service from somewhere else. read more

Customers need to band together with legal council and file a class action lawsuit against this company. They a have to be the worst IP in the US. Speed is never what you pay for and service uptime is 80 percent at best. The government gave them money to upgrade to add on for lower income families and increase capabilities and the service got worse. Im learning that my phone hotspot may be a better option. They were good in the 90s, they're horrific now. New ownership or management .... not sure. read more

I've had their internet service for years and they just keep get worse every year with unreliable connections that can be down for days or weeks , if you call to find out why be prepared to wait on hold for hours and that will be the pleasant part of the experience because when you do get to talk to someone they treat you like crap over the fact that they're service it's working again very unprofessional and to charge ppl what they do for what you get/don't get every month you will feel like your getting robbed over a hundred dollars a month for 15 download and 2 upload which you will be lucky to get and call that high speed internet if you're thinking about this service I would suggest exploring every other option you can read more

My experience with Watch Communications has been anything, but pleasant. Our journey with this provider has not been smeared with the foul taste of the previous provider Beyond Media. Our hopes rose as word spread that another carrier bought out Beyond Media and their torturous excuse of customer service. New hope brought great disappointment for Watch began failing us with canceled work orders and empty promises of fixing the erratic download and upload speeds. The only bright side of this tale is that I did talk to at least three technicians that reached out in every effort to help us to find a solution that could bring joy to our house. I found out that one of the work orders was canceled by the field technician canceled the work order. read more

Internet service was great in the beginning. But just like the rest of the options in rural north eastern Allen county Indiana, they received the government funding to provide a service to rural America and didn't invest anything towards actually providing the service to more than a handful of households. When it works it's great. It is so absolutely unreliable you can't stream tv or anything else for that matter. Customer service is basically non existent. You can wait on hold for a couple hours only to get a "we'll have to send someone out (in more than a week)". Then when they get here it's working so they leave. Horrible quality of service, and customer service is even worse, if it exists to begin with. Frequent outages, and sub 10 Mbps bandwidth on a 25/5 plan. Our service as far as internet and cable are great but I've been calling since Sept to get THEIR cable line buried and they say I'm on the list or they are having trouble finding someone to do it. I've had to move it for mowing the fall leaves and still moving it to mow this summer. They had the gas line marked last fall but never came back. read more

Since Watch Communications bought out our Sit-co provider our service has been terrible. We have been without service for 5 of the past 9 days. When I call to find out what is going on, I usually have over an hour wait time in their queue. Their customer service is really bad. I can't believe they run their business this poorly. Terrible reception and service. Their network bounces in and out like a rubber ball. Trying to download apps the connection drops and downloads timeout. This is the worse internet service I've ever encountered. When I call their office, no one answers the phone for months now. Be very careful of their contracts, when you drop them, they will charge you for the entire month if you don't let them know that you are cancelling service within the first 5 days of the month.
