I've taken my dog here multiple times. She loves it here and she always has a great stay. This is our go-to for when we go out of town.

Heartbreaking Negligence - Avoid This Clinic…read more Rating: 1/10 (If I could give zero stars, I would) I am writing this review with a heavy heart to warn other pet owners. I took my dog here because I was convinced she was pregnant. Despite her weight gain and clear physical changes, the veterinarian dismissed my concerns, claiming it was just her body changing after her first heat cycle or perhaps a "phantom pregnancy." I explicitly pushed for an ultrasound to be sure, they took her back and I had to wait. She brought her back and said no there's no puppies because even by this time she should see sacks and didn't see anything the ultrasound was clear. A few weeks later, while I was out of town, my dog went into labor. My son called me in a panic because a puppy was partially stuck. After a desperate Sunday search for an open emergency vet, my girl ultimately did not survive. She was only carrying two puppies, but the complications were fatal. When I spoke to the office on Monday, the vet admitted, "It looks like she was pregnant after all." She tried to claim I brought her in too early, but based on the dates, she would have been five weeks along at the time of the initial exam well within the window to be diagnosed. The most insulting part was the lack of compassion. When I told the vet my dog had passed away, she said she was sorry and the line immediately disconnected/went silent. I called back twice and left a voicemail to give the office a chance thinking the call had dropped, but I never received a return call. If you love your pets and want a vet who listens to your concerns and stands by their work, do not go here. Their negligence and dismissive attitude cost me my dog's life.

She and the entire team helped us navigate the challenges of caring for a diabetic cat, and every staff member has treated us with kindness and patience. Vet care can be expensive when you're living on Social Security, so we were especially grateful for the senior discount they offer. It truly made a difference. Recently, we had to bring Beggar in for another emergency visit. Dr. Veronica gently explained that he had only weeks to live due to cancer. We were faced with the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Dr. Veronica and the staff were incredibly compassionate--no pressure, no rushing--just honest answers and support as we tried to understand what Beggar would go through if we took him home. About a week later, we received a card from them that was so thoughtful it brought us to tears all over again. You won't find a better veterinary team. We highly recommend them.

Noah was a bundle of chaos, and Saint was well-behaved but needed some fine-tuning. After the training, they're both so much more responsive, well-behaved, and just easier to handle--especially with our 1-year-old baby around. Their confidence and obedience skyrocketed, and we've never felt closer to them. Plus, we learned how to keep up the training at home, which was super helpful! Never thought I'd be able to walk these big boys off leash and have them heel at my side. Bella and Fernando were professional, patient, and clearly love what they do. They kept us in the loop and gave us the tools we needed for success. If you're considering training, DO IT--you won't regret it!

If you're looking for the most caring, loving & trustworthy pet-care-giver, look no further! We were referred to "Mickey" by our neighbor. We have two golden retrievers who are VERY spoiled and we would never travel because we were never comfortable with just anyone with our boys and home. Mickey was the answer to our prayers! Wallie & George Bailey LOVE Mickey!! Every day while we're gone, she sends updates and pictures of their goings on of the day. This gives us such comfort being away from our boys. How could they(& we) not love her? She brings treats, introduced walks again(they're large & rambunctious), sleeps with them, grooms & gives so much love. What more do you need? Michaelle is absolutely delightful & kind. My only recommendation is BOOK EARLY! She's so good, she's popular. She does everything for your pets, not just overnights. Give her a try. The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.

I'm a bit iffy on this place. Why? So I have been to a few of the daycares around town. There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.
