Fernando and Izahbellah are both fantastic and we are super glad we had our pup trained with them versus the other trainers in the area. Not only were both Fernando and Izahbellah very competent at training, but they were very friendly and are clearly dog lovers themselves and they treated our pup as if it were their own and that was certainly appreciated on our end as our dog is very much like our child. We opted for the private lessons in our home so that we can get trained on how to train our pup where our dog's problematic behaviors exist. Especially outside where there are 1,000's of distractions for our dog. In the end, after four sessions in our home, our dog is much, much, better behaved and after some additional work on our end, we will be able to take our pup for walks which was not an option before as our dog pulls and over-reacts to all other dogs in the neighborhood and is overall very difficult. The difference in our pup's behavior is now like night and day. Thanks guys!

Bellah's communication from before our drop-off date to the time of pick-up helped us understand what our pup Rocket was learning. It also gave our family time to create ways to implement the commands into our daily lives. Rocket is extremely active and Bellah helped him learn to focus when he is asked but he also understands when it's okay to play. We also have used Bellah'a boarding service and Rocket could not contain himself as we approached her home. As soon as he got out he sat and eagerly awaited his first command. Our family could not be happier with her services.

This is the BEST and I mean The BEST dog training school in Southern California! I took my Giant Schnauzer and Border Collie here for the two week train and board. The dogs when I dropped them off didn't even know how to sit, they barked at everyone that walked by when I was walking them. Now I can walk them anywhere off lease and they're unbothered. They stay by my side or stay where I place them until given the command that it is ok to leave that spot. Izabellah the trainer is amazing and would highly recommend. She has great customer service and most importantly she LOVES dogs !

Throughout the entire process, she consistently communicated with us and always replied whenever we texted for updates or photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog was reactive to people, other dogs, motorcycles, bikes, and more, and we already saw such a huge improvement even on the car ride home. You can tell how much time, patience, and care Carissa puts into her training. Carissa even met us halfway to pick her up as we lived a little far from her. When we picked our dog up, Carissa spent over an hour teaching us everything we need to know to continue reinforcing the commands and training at home. She made sure we felt confident before leaving. She even offered to come to our house afterward if we struggled with anything, which really shows how dedicated she is to both the dogs and their owners. We're so grateful for all her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!

We used Cari for a 2-week board and train for our dog, Chorizo. During the training period,…read morecommunication was limited and we often had to follow up ourselves to get updates. At the same time, we were seeing our dog being posted on Instagram more than we were getting direct updates, even after we asked for them. She pinned Chorizo on her Instagram, in the number one post slot, while we hadn't heard from her in three days and didn't even know he was going on a field trip. This was especially difficult for my wife, who had recently lost her father and was already going through a lot. Being separated from our dog was hard on her. We asked multiple times for updates so we could reassure her, but it never felt like we were getting the same level of feedback other reviewers experienced. The training experience didn't match what we expected. Recall still needs work, and "place" became more confusing. Before, he would go where I pointed. Now he tries multiple spots and flinches (expecting a stim), even after we bought him a cot. We asked Cari to introduce Chorizo to our e-collar (EZ Educator). During the consultation, she mentioned that he would learn recall and other commands to near perfection before the e-collar was introduced, and that vibration would be used before stim. The handoff only showed e-collar stim commands, and vibration was not introduced. His recall without the e-collar still needs work. We never received a clear breakdown of what he was working on during the program and mostly followed his progress through Instagram. After pickup, I had to follow up just to get a list of commands. The handoff felt rushed. He was exhausted, it was a hot day, and she had forgotten a water bowl, so a lot of the time was spent just letting him drink water. There was no follow-up afterward to see how he was doing. A few hours after getting him back that Friday, we took him to a groomer who pointed out a cracked toenail down to the quick and irritation on his neck from his e-collar. The groomer said the irritation looked like burns from an e-collar that hadn't been rotated and advised us to monitor his paw to make sure it didn't get worse. We took it easy and avoided taking him out while he healed, but by Tuesday his paw started bleeding. We notified Cari and let her know we would be taking him to the vet after my scheduled surgery. I had carpal tunnel release surgery on both hands that Wednesday, and I took him to the vet while recovering on Thursday. He developed an infection and a fever that required sedation, nail removal, and stitches. This whole experience is not what we expected after reading her Yelp reviews. Even trying to work things out with Cari regarding the vet bills, after we negotiated the cost down with the vet and insurance covered a significant portion, was disappointing. We weren't asking for everything, just something fair. The procedure cost about $900 if the dog is sedated. We asked her to participate $350-$380. She offered $100. When I told her that Chorizo was at the vet because his paw was bleeding, her response was, "Ok thank you for the update." We weren't able to reach an agreement and were told, by Cari, that small claims court would be the best way to resolve it, which is what we are now pursuing. Regarding our training equipment, we also had to follow up on two leashes and e-collar prongs that weren't returned after the program. She told my wife she broke the retractable leash and would send a replacement right away, but a week and a half later we still haven't received confirmation that it's been sent. (Edit: retractable leash and prongs received 3/31 via Amazon Prime.)

I think they have a large turn around with vets coming and going. I would like to be able to see a doctor I prefer and that would get to know my pets, but I would never get an appt if that were the case. This last time I went in I once again saw a new vet and my cat had a very common symptom, easily fixed but I was given 2 options...basically do nothing or get over $600 worth of tests! I declined the tests as I thought it was ridiculous overkill to run all those tests when I know my cat really does not need them. They never want to treat the exact symptom but instead right away run a ton of expensive tests. Vets used to try the simplest treatment FIRST and then if that did not work go onto the next, but they want to try to skip to the worst possible diagnosis and start with the most extreme treatment first which is the most expensive. This makes me think they are just trying to make money. I used to be a vet tech for years and I know when they are adding a bunch of unnecessary tests and this has saved me thousands of dollars. Literally about 90% of the time it ends up my cat did NOT need the tests and bloodwork they suggested.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and compassionate toward stressed-out pet owners. I believe that owning pets can be just as stressful as having human children. The examination rooms are equipped with under-counter cabinets, allowing my cats to hide when they need a break from the examination environment, which helps keep them calm. The staff is sweet, kind, gentle, and understanding when handling both pets and their owners. The hospital features a comfortable seating area for cats, cat enclosure cages with cat trees, and a calming environment that helps reduce the stress associated with dealing with sick furry friends. I have elderly cats with various medical issues, including cancer, diabetes, kidney problems, and allergies. However, the doctors and staff here are organized and provide exceptional medical care for my cats. What I love about this team is their level of care, their knowledge of proper medical practices, and their experience with cats. Cats can be finicky creatures and hard to please, so having highly trained professionals focused on feline care is invaluable. I now take all my cats to this hospital in Rialto, and I feel very fortunate to have such a great facility in our local area.

Molly was cleared for the procedure, so I trusted their recommendation and scheduled the dental work at Rialto Animal Hospital. Molly had her dental cleaning and extractions, but after the surgery she was never the same. She stopped eating and it was clear something was wrong. When I contacted the Rialto Cat hospital with my concerns, Dr. Juarez sent us home with gabapentin when I wish she would have sent us straight to the emergency vet, but I trusted her opinion. Her condition continued to worsen. We went back to the Rialto Cat hospital a day later and I had to rush her to an emergency veterinary hospital, where we learned she had developed acute kidney injury after the dental procedure. She was completely fine before then which makes me so upset. She required intensive hospitalization and treatment. I spent more than $10k at the emergency vet trying to save her life from the complications she developed after the dental work done at Rialto Animal Hospital. Despite everything the emergency veterinarians did, Molly ultimately passed away. Molly was only six years old and was healthy before I brought her to Rialto Cat Hospital for the dental procedure they recommended. I trusted that the treatment would help her health, but instead I lost my cat and I'm in over my head with vet bills. I understand every case may be different, but this was my experience. If you are considering dental work for your cat at Rialto Animal Hospital, I encourage you to reconsider. I am completely heartbroken and will never get Molly back.
